I booked this company for a fjernvarme service Job done satisfied The price included also paying for driving which I accepted After that I asked suggested Kevin the guy that worked in my house about a radiator which was not connected to the main heating central When I asked about the price he said cca 2000kr for a 45min job He saw that I am not very happy to pay this amount and then came with the idea that he can come on 09 12 at 12 30 because he has another customer in the area so in this way I will not pay for driving time He will be in the area anyway I will pay only for the working time This was the only reason I accepted them for the second task because I was promised that I will not pay for driving otherwise I would have chosen another vvs company nearby It s a shame that they don t recognize this and they will force me to pay for something that I didn t agree Or agreed but in another terms I will never use them again of course
