Dress never arrived and Jywal not refunding
I ordered a dress on 25 September 2024 It is now 23 October and the dress still hasn t arrived The tracking status shows that Royal Mail are still waiting for the package I ve been in touch with Jywal customer support on several occasions but am yet to receive a refund They also haven t replied to my last two emails I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone

I ordered a dress online many months ago I have not received the order nor have I received a refund I have emailed the company many times and I have only had a reply to say someone will contact me but they never have I have tried calling the number given online but there is no answer Please do not order from here

No refund
I bought a dress from this company Jywal on11 07 24 which didn t suit as it was enormously long so returned it I tracked it as hadn t heard from the company so got in touch I did hear back from the company saying they had received the dress and would refund me in 10-14 days This has not happened I spent 245 on dress plus cost of returning the dress by special delivery which I chose to do I am not happy with this as you can imagine
