First class company

This company are first class 2 years into buying an outdoor pull-up station and I still hadn t installed it for various reasons I finally came to installing this When installing this I found I was 3 square posts short and had been sent 2 extra other dip bars by mistake instead I contacted k-sport by email to see if there was anything that could be done expecting to pay more as I m probably out of warranty now or at least I would have thought I would have to send the other bars back They didn t even bat an eye lid just asked me what posts I was missing and the quantity I needed and for my address and two days later they arrived by tracked delivery at no extra cost or anything Absolute pleasure to do business with and very professional they offer great quality products at a very reasonable price I d highly recommend this company and their first class service any day of the week
