I posted last year after my bad experince with this outfit so thought id just check out this years reviews prior to our regular yearly trip to ibiza as i thought nothing has change I totally agree with all the worst and 1 star reviews an appaliing company to deal with and definately would not recommend

Horrible experience
Horrible experience My car was not ready at the pick up time and they gave me a temporary one which was not the category I paid for I had to go back few hours later to pick up my booked car It wasn t ready again and I had to way one hour In total I spent the whole afternoon waiting and doing back and forth Never ever again

This company are an absolute disgrace
This company are an absolute disgrace to work with We rented for 5 days for a bargain price around 65 too good to be true I then had a massive heart attack 5 hours before the return time My wife tried to contact them 2 hours before the returning time to advise and had zero response there was no email response either They then came back after 36 hours later insisting my wife while I was in intensive care after surgery took the keys back in a taxi They then proceeded to charge me 480 27 euros for the extra 2 days and to this moment over 2 weeks later despite asking FOUR times have not given me an invoice with the costs itemised This companies service stinks and can go to hell avoid using at any cost Mark

I have spent a total of 16 hours trying to call the customer service it s like a zombie town I need to speak with them regarding a credit card issue but there is no way to speak with any human agent On their website they have a chat service that s only a bot When you ask to speak with an agent they tell you they re unavailable It s literally impossible to speak with a real person I would love to edit my review to be a 5 stars review if any of the team gets back to me I am beyond desperate now This whole experience has already ruined my holiday and it s just sad Please help me out here

The shuttle instructions were not
The shuttle instructions were not clear resulting in us getting a cab to the pick up It was closed we arrived just before midnight the cab then took us to San Antionio 40 euros The next day another cab 40 euros to collect the car to be told the office was open until 1am this is not true Waiting to see if this will be compensated not holding my breath judging by other reviews on here Also the hidden extras when we collected What a joke probably wont get that back

Took money from my credit card over a month after a hired the car Claiming a speeding fine No evidence of this at all can t tell me when or where this was No date or time no evidence this happened Just took money from me Disgusted this can even happen and that they can take money months later with no evidence or warning

Almost doubled the costs on arrival
I booked and pre paid for my hire car months in advance with full insurance I waited at the designated meet point on arrival into Ibiza and no one came after an hour No response on the phone lines I got in a taxi to the office which was a short trip So short the taxi driver was abusive to me after being annoyed he had qued for passengers to drive a few hundred meters He demanded 20 euros The staff told me the meeting point had changed and blamed booking com for not letting me know To add to the stress when I arrived to collect the car I was told I was not insured and would have to personally pay for damages I was pressured to take out insurance which doubled the cost of my initial outlay The staff can t speak English and when trying to discuss the booking com booking they just look at you blankly I booked this company initially as the costs were lower than the on site companies Clearly they make their money up other ways I wouldn t recommend You don t end up with a better deal Book with an onsite reputable company in my opinion
