Incompetent Staff
Registration process was incredibly painful Although they indicate approvals are offered in 48 hour and up to two weeks ours took 3 weeks Not because documents were not submitted on time but because of the incompetency of the reviewing staff Customer service is horrible I called 20 times over 3 weeks and was not able to get anything solved I submitted the SAME transcript 5 times until it was accepted Never provided any information as to why it wasn t accepted and NOBODY took ownership in getting my problems resolved In the end my son was registered for a session 30 days after I submitted the COMPLETE set of documents As I said one of the most painful experiences of my life I also emailed some Sr Executives with the parent company -- crickets nobody really cares over there

this school is bad to much work nobody
This online school is worse then the one they had a long time ago I submitted the same documents over and over Report card and a graduation certificate They are telling me a promotion certificate with the date of graduation full name teacher name principle name and grade graduated are not accepted I m concerned the people that work here are uneducated I contacted the school board about this The online homeschool team It s very stupid to tell a person a certificate is not proof of graduation That s like telling a high school student or college student a diploma doesn t prove you graduated What idiot hired these incompetent staff members I been waiting about 3 weeks now Just to get told that Customer service is useless they just shouldn t have it If they can t email the enrollment team for information You have to call and wait more then 10 minutes

I don t recomend k12
The convenience fees at K12Payment Center are exorbitantly high with instances like charging 2 60 for a 15 school shirt purchase It often feels like an unjustified expense when compelled to use this payment service While a reasonable 5 charge would be acceptable they clearly overcharge customers taking advantage of the fact that schools mandate its use It would be more customer-friendly if this platform offered a free option such as the ability to link a checking account for payments

This online school does not provide any
I don t recomend k12 sure it s free and all but the schooling is bogus the teachers don t focus on teaching and they over complicated every assignment making one little assignment pages and pages long stressing out the person working on them and there isn t help either if you contact a teacher or ask about it you very rarely get help during classes while students are trying to learn others are interrupting the teachers and changing the subject and no one does anything about it but they ll join that conversation and be thrown off track students aren t muted when loud and aren t told to mute their mic or they ll be distracting on their camera and the teacher won t say anything The teachers are no help in letting others learn it s worse than being constantly picked on in regular school

The worst experience overall
This online school does not provide any flexibility and there are scheduled classes a student must attend at specific times They say they can provide education for children with special needs but simply put them in the age-appropriate classes threaten to unenroll them when their parent states they cannot attend state testing because of their disability and send emails telling you your student will fail the grade they are in or that their school may not be appropriate for your child despite being a public school Their assistance is disappointing and they seem uneducated about modern developmental problems and disabilities in children

I signed up my special needs daughter
I tried to sign up and made a mistake somewhere on the paperwork that was sent to the school district The help desk refused to prompt me provide me with a new application or tell me where the mistake was made They refused to transfer me to the department that would help me They didn t even send me the old application so that I can correct the paperwork to send out to the district I make a careless mistake somewhere in the process a letter misplaced somewhere The people were very rude and I was put on hold for a very long time Not to mention my son begged me to home school him this school year because he had to deal with bullying This whole thing started at 8 Am this morning

There are some incompetent staff at k12
I signed up my special needs daughter to them I asked many questions and told them about her needs They accepted her only to throw her in classes with all the regular kids She was not managed properly by them I emailed teachers management everyone basically and no one had an answer for me My daughter was struggling to learn on her own I didn t want to be the one doing her school work when there was clearly no one handling special needs education They should of said no since the beginning when I called to enroll her I left voice messages and no one ever returned a call Horrible experience
