Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever I review my order and noticed that I ordered womens t-shirt instead of mens I wrote an email and that I would like to remove that item or change it to something else I got reply two days later and I was told that no changes can be made as the order has been shipped Actually the order was shipped 5 days after this and the people just didn t care So now I have a womans t-shirt What I m going to do with it No idea but legally changing my name to Jennifer will be easier than trying to handle anything with this company

NO replies on any email
They send me the wrong size jacket I ordered XL and send XXL instead on swapping I needed first to buy another jacket 535 euro Now I returned to wrong size 2 weeks ago but never received my money back or a email whatsoever 6 emails have been sent since there are NO replies on any you cannot call them one big scam update here is the store phone number 46 8 762 81 64Although they say they cannot help you at least you can be angry on the phone with someone on the same company payroll Will call the creditcard company now for a chargeback ---REPLY reading all your 1 reviews throughout the year BF cannot be blamed as it seems communication is general problem you are not selling peanuts I had to return a 535 euro jacket because you send the wrong size and buy a new one again iso swapping it yr guideline When I emailed for advise before on this issue no one replied or apologised yes someone replied just now but sure did not solve it The creditcard company gave me 2 days to wait to chargeback which will hurt your creditscore so I suggest to pay me back with 1 5 days

I ordered a 360 eur Jacket Since then silence No tracking number no reply to emails nothing Reading all the reviews here I m concerned If I don t get a reply today I will file a report with the police

Order wasn t shipped zero communication
It s been 10 days since I placed my order and it still wasn t processed There has been zero communication and my emails have been ignored Not sure if I will ever receive my order or if the shop is in fact a scam

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I ordered a jacket But realised immediately after I pressed order that it was the wrong size I wrote to them on email 6 times twice on their instagram and twice on their Facebook that they should cancel the order Now after 6 days No answer and suddenly a message that my order is ready to get shipped I have never in my life experienced such customer service First of all Ship an order after almost a week But not replying and just ignoring me on 10 messages I m shocked Don t shop this place Now I have more than 1000 in their hands before I can return the jacket Just before Christmas Well that s great Ka-yo And I guess that they will be extremely fast to process the return of the jacket

What a joke
What a joke I send a simple question on Messenger I then got a reply that questions is supposed be sent on email I then send the question one email and got a automatic answer that it would be answered within 24 hours After 24 hours with no answer I try again Unfortunately still no answer

Bad service - nothing happens after placing an order
Placer an order 31 12 and tryed to Contact Ka-yo - but no reply - so they didn t even send the order I still havn t heard anything - and I Can see the ordet hasn t beed shipped yet Very bad service

No service
I ordered a jacket which was delivered quickly Unfortunately it didn t fit so I returned the item and purchased another jacket from the same company Although I received an order confirmation and the payment was withdrawn I had to wait 8-9 days before being informed that the jacket was out of stock due to malfunction or stock This was already unsatisfactory Regarding the returned item I didn t hear anything for 10 days so I wrote an email to them I was somewhat understanding of possible delays due to Black Friday but waiting a week for a response is unacceptable When they finally replied they asked me to provide a tracking number fair enough I could have thought of that myself Now I ve been waiting six days without any follow-up and I ve contacted PostNord myself who informed me that it s Kayo who needs to file a claim But with such an extremely long response time and a lack of proactivity on their part I fear it will be well into 2026 before this case is resolved And will I ever get my money back Unfortunately I cannot recommend Kayo based on this experience

Similar to other post- bad service - no response
Similar to other post I ordered a product on 4 December and did not receive tracking information and when I inquired on the 5th I did not get a response It is now the 9th and I asked again this morning but still nothing There is a hold on my credit card but not fully authorized and the product now seems sold out No idea if I m getting the product or not and it is a Christmas gift It s seems to be a real site but maybe they need real people to be actually working as well Maybe it a skeleton staff of sorts
