As an anxious traveller and sort of fussy regarding flights and bookings I was assigned kazim as my agent He literally spent ages on the phone with me finding me the best hotels best mode of transport best time to go and so on It was the first time I used this company and I found them through insta so I was unsure if it was genuine at first But Alhamdulilah I had one of the best umrah journeys and kazim treated me like a brother rather than a customer I Highly recommend using him the company for umrah esp if you are looking for a tailored package at a decent price
