Fraudulent theives

They tell you have so long to pay your open invoice Even though the invoice is already closed I emailed them several times within 30 days leading up to deadline communicating that I had no open invoice or order I could pay on the site Telling them I have the money now who to pay and how much left since I already paid some Never got an answer until after their deadline to tell me the order was canceled and they were keeping my deposit I ordered two statues from them previously that did come so I guess it s hit or miss I would personally never recommend this company to anyone who values customer care value for money Or just cannot stand dishonest people

Defective figure arrived - Rude offer

I bought a figure from Kaioland last year I received the figure in November and immediately saw massively defective parts like a loose head with a missing magnet torso and legs that won t fit together and an arm that is way too big and not matching the torso Obviously this has not been caused by any form of transport damage but rather by a complete production failure A figure with these defects should never have been sold in the first place The whole figure needs to be put together Due to the aforementioned production flaws the figure cannot be fully assembled because almost every part doesn t fit right I cannot display the figure like this at all it will fall apart Not only that but the base is broken as well I immediately informed Kaioland about the issues I wanted a substantial refund of my money and if that wasn t possible replacement parts for the defective- head- torso both legs- armand the broken base Kaioland told me to wait For an uncertain time because they wanted to ask the studio for a replacement I didn t want this in the first place because I was super worried that they would send me defective parts again or that if something wasn t okay again the whole procedure would repeat I waited months to receive the figure and than had to wait even more months for a solution again Kaioland ignored my concerns and questions and made me wait for an answer from the studio every time I waited I waited with over two months of silence No update from Kaioland I needed to ask myself how long I needed to wait everytime Kaioland didn t bother to keep me updated at all during the waiting time The ONLY suggestion Kaioland made is that I should HEAT MY FIGURE with a hairdryer to connect the defective parts together WHAT What kind of solution is that I was desperate so I tried it I quickly noticed that it did not do any good at all and that I would only end up burning and destroying the figure and even hurt myself for good measure After two months of waiting Kaioland informed me that it was impossible to replace the parts I was offered a discount of first 45 and then a maximum of 60 for a figure that cost me 514 85 I am still in shock about all the process I have been through through Kaioland I am in tears and can t believe how unprofessionally Kaioland treated me I cannot do anything with a figure as defect as this It does not serve any purpose I seriously hoped that it would work out until the last day Kaioland was not interested in helping me and only focuses on their policies The policies don t cover defective goods at all Only broken parts are mentioned and that s the smallest part of my problem It s horrible

really bad after sale service

Got an issue with a shipment They sent me the wrong item A case has been opened and almost 4 months after they keep telling me to wait and wait for a tracking number that I still don t know really exist

Excellent Service

Excellent ServiceI recently ordered a resin statue from Kaioland Despite some initial delays I am extremely pleased with the final delivery The customer service team was responsive and helpful in providing updates throughout the process The statue arrived in perfect condition I highly recommend their service

I have almost 13 orders pre orders included and i ve always received my statues in good shape and in time always had a answer to my requests and questions Custom fees and delivery are always included in the price you can see on the product s page no surprise When you cancel an order it s clearly announced on the website rules that 60 of the deposit will be refund so once again no surprise Kaioland have to pay almost in full the studios when they pre-order the statues so yeah it s not so simple to just refund in full Based on my experience I can only recommand Kaioland

I ordered quite an expensive statue

I ordered quite an expensive statue - more than US 1000 and it arrived a few days ago without any issues The box was neatly packed and while there were minor damages on the box itself it was nothing major and the figure itself was undamaged In the website it says that it takes about 55 days for the figure to arrive but -perhaps I m lucky- but it took only about half that Furthermore the customer service person is super friendly and responds relatively quickly All in all I highly recommend this site

Figure arrived perfectly fine

When I first ordered from them I was a bit scared especially after reading some of the reviews but my figure came on time and perfectly fine When the figure got shipped out I had an email saying it can take 50-55 days and 40-45 days for the tracking number to update and by the time it reached 47 days the tracking number wasn t updated and I started to get worried thinking I got scammed But literally 5 hours later I had a text saying that it s getting delivered and it came the same day I was very happy to see I wasn t scammed It was an easy process with quite a long wait but the shipping is cheap so I ain t complaining Would definitely buy from them again and hopefully it goes just as smoothly as it did this time round

Excellent smooth payment methods

I have purchased several times now through Kiao Nation I have never had any issues with them Their customer services are very helpful and friendly My deliveries have always arrived They always have a lot of variety with different studios on their website It is very stress free to purchase through them and they are trusting and flexible with the monthly payments I recently purchased Pickstar the six paths of pain statue it arrived in two boxes a day after eachother and when opened everything was well packaged and not a damage in sight I do believe different studios pack their statues differently so this doesn t necessarily fall to Kaio Nation however they are extremely helpful with acquiring additional pieces if needed from the studios Highly recommend purchasing through Kaio Nation
