I shouldn t be giving this company any stars The product I received today was badly made and very bulky The material felt like polyester not silk I am trying to get help to return it and am being grilled as to my reasons Finally have gotten the service person Zeba to agree to a return But of course they take no responsibility for any of the return costs including customs charges which I shouldn t have to pay as India is the country of origin Will they return any money Will they charge me additional bogus charges Am I wasting my time The worst customer service I have ever encountered I have given up as it is apparent that I m dealing with a chatbot Exasperating experience Will put the item up on Done Deal and recoup some money that way My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very poor customer service they provide you with a reference number then dont recognise it when u have an issue dont buy from here iv been stung with tax shipping 96 on top of what iv already paid AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS IT WILL COST YPU MORE AND THEY DONT CARE OR HELP MY PARCEL IS STILL AT CUSTOMS AND KNOW I JUST WANT TO BIN IT

Never received what was order Waited over a month then tried to communicate by emails phone and chat Kept getting the same form email reply The US phone number provided was always busy Would get someone on chat and then they would disappear Horrible customer service

Return information on website is misleading I tried to cancel an order and they never got back to me Then when the order came in I started a retun and come to find out i have to pay 49 in shipping label fees This is whats showing on the return section of their websiteWho pays for shipping and what are the return charges For orders above US 99 we offer free shipping A minimal charge of US 9 95 is applied for orders below US 99 As a valued customer you ll be responsible for the return shipping charges Reverse pick up charges - 49 per itemThey to remove the first two lines on that return section and just say customers are responsible for the shipping

Terrible Service

False promises Bought my reception dress in store and they said they will deliver in February to the UK Only after chasing did they bother to send and even after that they incorrectly labelled the parcel as commercial so I had to pay a heavy duty tax although I d already paid for shipping How can one piece be for commercial use Is Kalki a wholesaler NO Tried to message and call them after and no one picks up Con artists

Dissatisfied

Ordered an outfit the shipping and customs came to almost the same price as the outfit itself Wish they mentioned poor to expect custom charges Ordered many times from India and have never dealt with this Dissatisfied

Worst customer care support

Horrible brand and worst customer care support I bought a saree online which got delivered on 5th February 2024 from Kalki Fashion I did not liked the saree and raised a return request on the same day of delivery They asked to upload the picture and then approved the return The pick was done the next day where the pick up agent carefully checked the saree and took it I got a mail after 8 days of return that a wrong saree was sent to them How can I return a saree when it was a pickup How am I to be blamed I have mailing every other day and calling but all in vain It s been a month I am struggling to get a refund

Absolutely terrible customer service I purchased a kurta set for my husband They don t reply promptly and their turnaround time for exchanges and returns is very minimal The kurta I purchased is brand new still kept tag on it in tact Sadly can t be worn
