Excellent All Around
The personalized tote I ordered was just beautiful I was so pleasantly surprised and can t wait for it to be opened for Christmas It was also very fast shipping to Canada There was an issue with another part of my order where the wrong thing was sent but the customer service was excellent probably the best I have ever dealt with and they resolved the issue quickly and efficiently and to more than my satisfaction I was so impressed with this company and the products and quality that I m about to order another tote and a Christmas sweater I highly recommend this company and their products and they really do care about your happiness and satisfaction

I saw the ad on Facebook I have always been skeptical about Facebook ads I ordered 2 tumblers for my kids after we had to put both their dogs down I thought they would be perfect Christmas gifts I placed my order on November 12th I was really surprised when my order arrived 14 days later They are beautiful

I have made a few different purchases and have been satisfied every time I do not remember my exact dates of purchases I know they were around Vhristmas time for the past couple of years
I have made a few different purchases from this company and as of yet I have not yet been disappointed in my products Even though sometimes it may seem like your order will not get to you as fast as you might want them to my orders have always been worth the wait I will continue to place orders from this business because they have never let me down yet Even the orders that were ordered and delivered to my friends as gifts were accepted just like mine were This is a very trustworthy company in my eyes Keep up the good work guys Cheryl Hudec

Great experience with a custom hat
I ordered a custom hat for my daughter-in-law and it was perfect They kept me informed of how long it would take to make ship and receive it which by the way was a lot quicker than I expected The price was a lot less than I expected I was thoroughly satisfied with their product
