Lovely people and printed my invites really quickly Even delivered the invites personally to my door as we are currently in this pandemic The invites are very high quality as we knew from previous experience Turn around only took a couple of days and we re lovely to work with Couldn t recommend them more

Failed to deliver on time

Requested a simple printing and laminating from Farnham store Said ready in the morning it wasn t then after 2 30 It wasn t eventually sorted later that day after three trips into town Very disorganised Looking for a local printer as wanted to move away large amount of printing from a national organisation to something local so used this as a test Will stick with vista print

Never working with them again

I choose this shop as it was local I have used Kallkwik twice and they have always been nice However the third time another person working there First they tried to charge me nearly twice more than I usually pay the quality was not great and when I told them about the price they seem really angry This is the last time I am working with them I

Can t recommend Kall Kwik Chelsea

First off when I said I only wanted around the minimum order of cards she said Really as if I was some idiot I let that pass obviously but then the cards they produced had a tiny font - much smaller than any of the many examples on the board in their shop When I said I was disappointed she got all defensive even though I made it plain I wasn t asking for a refund as the fault was technically mine for having signed it off on screen Very sad - I won t be returning to any KallKwik

very unprofessional The lady in her mid 50s who is working at the till is extremely RUDE I needed to print a preview of a menu so I agreed with the owner I believe his name is Steve that I send him an original illustrator file Next day this disgustingly rude lady was telling me off the whole time during our conversation and wasn t listening to me at all I asked her to speak to Steve she said he s busy and at the end she threw on me the envelope with the prints to me told me goodbye and disappeared So so unprofessional and very rude customer service Avoid this place and spend your money somewhere else
