Purchased an electric salt and pepper shaker for over 100 first set broke was sent a replacement Second set broke safe to say this brand is garbage

Horrible Customer Service Products are garbage I would steer clear

Not shipped or refunded 20 days and going

Ordered on the first of the month Had not shipped by the 7th so contacted them Customer service sayed it would ship very soon even through I asked to be refunded It s is now over 20 days since I ordered the the stove It has neither shipped or been refunded DO NOT ORDER

If I could give this company zero stars I would give them no stars This company sells the SPURTLE wooden tools You see the infomercials on cable Please check the reviews before you order BUYER BEWARE DELIVERY IS MONTHS LONG I can only report the long deliver and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been waiting over a month and no delivery When I tried to contact customer service they reply with an automated canned response Check out other reviews online and they are horrible From not receiving their orders no customer support partial order delivered and customers unable to get refund Please do not order the SPURTLE wooden spoons tools before doing your research My experience and many others say the same Do not order from this company I have sent several requests for update on my delivery and NO RESPONSE If I get a response or receive my products I will comeback and provide an update on the quality but as of now no product to review Beware of this company

DON T purchase the Kalorik Max Air

DON T purchase the Kalorik Max Air Fryer oven like several of the reviews on here mine just stopped working no warning whatsoever I was 14 days over the 1 year warranty and they will not help Over 200 and its now just junk I will tell everyone I know about Kalorik bad business I am in sales so I talk with a LOT of people Shame on you BAD BAD business practice Look at all the terrible reviews I should have checked first

Don t read the info they request hang up on the phone

I have been writing and phoning this company since January now end of May They hang up if I call as they ask again today and in response to my emails keep asking me for the same photos and information over and over which I have sent them If they would scroll down they would see the photos they ask for This is about the worst customer service I have ever gotten Too bad I love my air fryer and would love to be able to use it again

Kalorik Customer service is a scam

I bought a Kalorik air fryer at a local department store 5 months ago There are silicone trivets that hold the insert which holds the food They included 2 extras in the box telling me that I would need them as they would easily disappear Well they were right about the little trivets disappearing I m down to 1 wand and can not use my air fryer safely according to Kalorik s instructions I contacted Kalorik customer service via email and they did nothing but stall They asked for pictures of the part even though they knew the model number of my air fryer I even sent them a video They are incompetent They don t know their own parts After 2 weeks they sent me the WRONG PART and then said they couldn t find the correct replacement trivets for my air fryer I asked for a refund providing the receipt They said they wouldn t give me a refund even though the box says 1 year warrantee BEWARE of KALORIK You re on your own

Purchased a vacuum extended warranty

Purchased a vacuum extended warranty as I had reservations about the product Had trouble hooking up the hose from day 1 but decided to live with it Then one day vacuum started making a bad noise Called the company was told to take a video email it to them likely they would send new unit and I dispose of bad unit Video pointed out 2 failures I had to follow up on my video Was told I needed to send them the vacuum at my expense and I may or may not get a new vacuum All of this done during time was under warranty
