Flee this brand in Siem Reap Cambodia vacuum cleaner purchased for 66 battery out of service in a month opened and bludgeoned by the local after-sales service who cannot have a replacement battery but without warning me before my arrival offers me a 25 discount on a new vacuum cleaner Who is this company kidding

Canada Powetech

Have had K1800 pressure washer replaced twice now because it has stopped working with an obvious connection problem the unit has a 3 year warranty but because it has been replaced once they will not honour the warranty I have had to deal with Canada Powetech and they are beyond useless and look for excuses to not have to honour the warranty I will never buy another Karcher product again

Poor Quality Product

I have to use 1 star else i would leave no stars Do not ever buy a Karcher power washer They are cheaply made and very poor quality I brought my K3 thinking it would be good and last me ages After second time i used it there waas water pouring out of it because a plastic elbow had broken After meeting all Karcher lengthy requirements to return it they did repair it free of charge However after three uses its now pouring out water again Customer not happy with a supposed quality product Buy Wickes instead

the worst power hoses in existence

the worst power hoses in existence absolutely useless my one is less than 3 months old and the hose constantly disconnects from the unit when power is on unusable DO NOT BUY KARCHER POWER HOSES

Extremely poor quality product and very expensive even cheap chinese product are better built this brand is not anymore a leader in this industry

There is a 90 connector from the garden

There is a 90 connector from the garden hose to the trigger sprayer It failed after very limted use just over one year out of warranty So I bought the complete handle assembly bc they do not replace ANY part Very limited use and again it failed Contacted them and they very quickly said TOO BAD sucker They may have well added the sucker bc that s how i feel

Karcher fails yet again First time using the Karcher 1700

First time using the Karcher 1700 Pressure Washer The pump will not generate any pressure I no longer have the receipt although this is the first time using the unit I have followed all recommendations in trouble shooting the unit with no success I had a great representative assist to no avail This is the third and final time I will use a Karcher product All 3 units have failed prematurely A horrible product repeatedly I will attempt to repair the unit on my own

Awful products

Awful products avoid like the plague bought power washer and window vac both failed after a year or so thought they were a good make but after checking trustpilot unfortunately after my purchase found out they are just an inferior company in every way will never buy again
