I ve ordered on Oct 13th and never received my order I ve called few times I got a different excuse every time I ve sent Email no response They are trying to blame FedEx and FedEx never even had my package contacted them as well The status of my item shows label created Which means was never picked up by a carrier They escalated my case with no outcomeI don t know what s going on but hundreds of people has the same issue right now Hard to belive that a big famous brand company would act like this Without any solution and zero help from customer service They need to step up and change fix problems and make things right Obviously never order again and I hope I will see my purchase or a refund soon

I ordered the puffer and waited for a week with no email shipping confirmation The emails are bouncing back when i tried to send them I called them and they said it was on the backorder while it was not mentioned on the website nor did I receive an email about it I also told them that their emails were bouncing back and guess what It s been two weeks and they are still not fixed So I m going to cancel the order and never have another experience with them Unbelievable

I recently received the bag I ordered but it was delivered without a proper box just wrapped in a plastic bag This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable I strongly suggest improving your packaging standards to ensure a better customer experience Please provide your email so I can send the receipt I m sure of my order number You can search using my contact details And in case you re fake then I will get my money back

Worst customer service ever I ordered a bag from them and DHL has the package since 16th December and a few days ago DHL said that the package is lost and that the declared it lost I contacted Karl Lagerfeld and told them my issue and they told that from 3 to 14 days a refund will get back to me But them i was sent an email that they have to open an investigation on what exactly IDK because i sent them a screenshot from DHL the email that mentioned that the package is lost Now i dont have my bag and i dont have my money First it was DHL now them And they re not answering the emails that I keep sending They dont understand that i waited a whole month because of DHL and now i have to wait another month or idk how long for them to give me my MONEY BACK I got clobbered TWICEEEE Worst experience ever Wont ever buy from them ever again They re super umprofessional I could give them -100000 if i could
