They dont deserve 1 star We purchased a pub table and had such a hard time trying to return it they kept asking us for an order number and a photo Then they told us we had to pay for shipment to return which turned out being much more than we paid for it Horrible experience and I will never ever buy from them again Nor will my friends or family I have warned them all Kartit is the WORSE THEY COULDN T EVEN MEET US HALF WAY

They sold me cheap china product and it failed within 3 weeks They did not honor their 30-day money back on Amazon They also had a 5 year warranty but they referred me to JLA to get a replacement but they don t respond leaving me with trash

WORST COMPANY EVER
WORST COMPANY EVER I ordered a mini fridge and they sent a micro ice machine I Paid 53 to ship it back and asked for the correct item to be shipped and they told me it wasnt in stock and didnt know when it would be Then amazon and this company refused to reimburse me BUYER BEWARE basically paid these guys to take my money ZERO STARS

Beware
This company tried to make me pay for return shipping for large items that weren t supposed to be shipped Then I had to prove to them that they actually had been returned- they d had them for 10 days In the end they took half of the cost of one chair Absolute thieves

Beware of KART-IT
Beware of KART-IT I ordered a footstool from them and when it arrived there were damaged parts and the product was not the quality I was looking for In addition the height of the ottoman was misrepresented on the website which made it not work for my space I initiated a return which generated a shipping label and this message We ve accepted your return request Once KART IT receives the item below we ll issue a refund to your original payment method If you placed this order print your shipping label using the link below or from Your Orders in the Amazon app or website When I clicked to open and print the shipping label it stated Instructions from KART ITDear Customer - Please DO NOT ship the item just yet without further communication with us In case of Damaged Defective or Wrong Items - Please SHARE IMAGES to help you further Please Note In case you do decide to ship it out you will have to bear the Return Shipping Restocking Charges in case the item is found to be proper This was the first I knew of any restocking fee or return shipping charges I submitted the requested pictures waited then received a message offering a 25 discount to keep the item to avoid return shipping charges I politely stated that I was not interested in keeping the item and reiterated in greater detail the multiple reasons that I do not want to keep the item and requested a refund authorization as they kept saying do not return the item without authorization The next message asked for more images and provided a list of images they wanted which needed to be sent in separate messages since their system only allows for 5 MB per message So after I had already carefully packed it up for shipping I opened it back up took more photos and provided them Next I got a message that they were sending my images to the warehouse for review to obtain the shipping label and I should expect to wait 3-5 business days for that to happen I replied that was too long and I needed a response in 1 business day I did get a response the next day but it stated that the warehouse said there was nothing wrong with the item they provided me with assembly instructions and asked for a list of replacement parts I may need - for a brand new item Um practically everything in the box was defective in some way If I still did not want the item I could ship it back under buyers remorse and pay the shipping back but they have not indicated how much they would deduct from my refund I have asked that question and am awaiting a response This was the return policy listed on Amazon when I made the purchase 30-day refund replacementThis item can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt You may receive a partial or no refund on used damaged or materially different returns Based on what I am reading here I am concerned that if I ship it back I will they will not refund the cost of the item This company is not trustworthy I have submitted a report to Amazon as I have never dealt with an Amazon seller with this poor customer service before I highly recommend not purchasing from KART-IT via Amazon Walmart or anyone else

SLOW to ship
First order with KART IT and LAST Company s shipping is snail slow I have been waiting for over a week on my purchase USPS has yet to recieve the item even though a label was made days ago From what I read about them the huge delay in processing and shipping is their normal way of business Don t expect anything more

Wood Pulaski pedestal is misshaped
The wood Pulaski pedestal I purchased arrived chipped at one of the bottom corners I can cosmetically fix the chipped surface However the worst issue is that the top of the pedestal is not flat It is domed rounded up in the center and drops down 1 8 from the center of the dome to the edges Anything I place on the pedestal wobbles around This experience has gone from an initial excitement about buying the pedestal to a real disappointment

Terrible company
Terrible company I had a similar experience to other reviewers They do try to charge you return shipping and restocking fees on all returns even defective items I purchased something for 650 and it was defective After waiting weeks for them to accept the return they kept 95 for themselves I filed a dispute with my credit card company

I purchased a microwave through Amazon
I purchased a microwave through Amazon from thus company I tried to return the item because I could not use it They tried to charge me a 30 restocking fee and wanted me to pay for the return shipping After trying to work with them I finally decided to just give it away I reported then to Amazon also I will NEVER order anything that that company sells again Because of this bad experience I m going to drastically reduce my shopping on Amazon because they did not make it good Beware
