I chose a retro style SMEG device which as SMEG is fantastic concerning the delivery the service and the customer service I m really disappointed The device came 14 days after the order described on website as 3 working days They delivered the device with a German austrian Socket with a wrong adapter that was impossible to plug but as well to remove Contacted several the support haven t received once a suitable solution Needed to pay myself an electrician to remove the adapter The customer support was unhelpful and provided an unuseful 15 discount on the next order But the electrician I had to pay it my self I will never buy again something in a such unhelpful and NON customer friendly platform
