I ordered food on their website on Tuesday the 16th of January from Canada I got an email confirmation soon after a few hours The next day someone from Katapulk called my relatives in Ca bar en to verify the delivery address They said the order would be there in 7 days It took 6 days delivered by very professional and uniformed personnel the order was complete and nothing was missing Plus the frozen food was still frozen and in perfect shape So a 5 stars rating for me as far as I am concerned because everything was perfect I would definitely buy from them again
