I ve really liked the product and it has gone well clearly it s taken me a long time to understand it and there are some options I think it is missing I m sure every CRM has that but the reason for the 5 stars is for the customer support I ve called about a million times and call lines are short people are super helpful and honestly just good people

She made sure I had the right key
I had to set up my authorize net configuration on another site and Jessica confirmed what she was telling me with none of her associates to make sure I had the right transaction Key from Infusionsoft so I wouldn t have to recreate a key in Authorize net I was impressed with how she stayed with the question until she was 100 sure I had the right set of numbers

Keap s total package of features are great for the price
I had been looking at Keap for a long time and I really couldn t justify the monthly price I m part of a business group that brought a Keap representative in for a presentation to share the inner workings of this program I was BLOWN away I had no idea how many features are available in one place I ve been in sales for over 30 years and I ve always used a CRM and other tools to make sure my clients never fell through the cracks Keap has an extensive CRM and MORE Everything I need is in one place The analytics and optin information gathering are outstanding My only complaint would be as of today the landing page feature is not as strong as I prefer I have to integrate another landing page service with this program to collect data I feel they ll fix this soon and I ll be able to eliminate another service BUT I will say for everything Keap currently does the monthly charge is very fair I don t have to use multiple programs because most information I need to track is all in one place

First I was extended forgiveness for payment for a couple of month as a result of Covid-19 Secondly I was assigned a customer satisfaction coach to help me select a campaign to help with bringing in more leads and income Thirdly customers support help me get unstuck while building and publishing the campaign In conclusion Keap has been great and have shown me their commitment to helping it s customers Thank you Keap Team Jack Walker
