Hard to cancel dishonest and not worth your time or money
From a technical perspective how hard do you think it is to cancel a subscription For a company like keeps most senior engineers could code this in a weekend In fact it is so trivial a process for most companies that cancelling is instantaneous and easy Not so with keeps Keeps will require you to fill out a form and call and talk with someone to cancel your subscription This is a retention tactic that shady businesses use to try to keep customers from leaving A healthy company makes leaving them easy because they want to convert those customers back in the future But Keeps is not a healthy company Keeps will do everything they can to trap you into staying with them because they are a dishonest company who uses Dark User Experience Patterns to unfairly exploit their customer base They also over prescribe refills so you have no choice to cancel They say you can pause at any time but this is a lie At best you can delay your next refill by a couple months Then the flood starts again Keep your money Go with someone else Keeps is not worth the hassle

Absolute Thieves
Attempted to cancel my plan and complained through email their initial responses went to spam so they moved forward with charging me 123 worth of product I do not want - and now they refuse to take back a product never opened or used Disgusting behavior and abysmal customer service

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service My order was billed and never received any tracking info After days of waiting for a reply I get a tracking number for an item that has not moved from their location for over 3 weeks When I ask about the status of my order they just send me the same tracking info I am out 180 dollars at this point

Totally dishonest I thought I d cancelled my subscription only to receive a notification I had a new order in process from them When I sent them a message asking them to cancel refund the order and cancel the subscription I was told they couldn t refund the order or stop it What a scam

Scammers - Will bill you even after canceling subscription
The product worked okay however the customer service was horrible I deactivated my subscription with the intent to still use the product in the future On my end through my log in it showed as deactivated They still billed me and sent the product out the following billing cycle and then told me to eat sh when I called and told them about the mistake They took 0 responsibility for the error in their system I was able to cancel through the rep and while I had planned to be a customer for life I will seek the product from a different vendor and avoid keeps like the plague Lost a customer for life with your horrid customer service

Keep Away from this company
In my opinion this product simply does nothing However I tried it out the big issue lies in the fact that when I cancelled my subscription with customer service they only paused it Months later after I had put it all behind me and thought I was done with it I get a box in the mail and a hefty charge for it I contacted customer support again and they tell me they can not refund me because it medicine So if you are skeptical about trying this product I say continue to be and move along

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I spoke with a Supervisor named Danny C at Keeps and he was very difficult and rude to work with He was not understanding at all and not willing to help Their website does not make it easy to cancel subscription The return policy for UNUSED UNDELIVERED products is ridiculous I recommend NOT ever using KEEPS STAY AWAY

SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE - AFTER YOU ENTER Credit card info - then they have all the disclosures come up that the average time to work is 6 to 12 months Shady Marketing - When I asked for refund they have MASSIVE scripting on how to say why they don t refund - so clearly this is a NORMAL SCAM

Product hardly works Once you stop the pills any new hair that has grown will fall out within a week making you have to keep taking the pills Side effects from the pills are also very serious Customer support is a joke too I tried to change my subscription a month ago just for them to send me the same products I didn t want with no reimbursement Waste of time and money do not recommend
