Arthur Zebrak in sales support was amazing The camera I purchased had a specific body flaw listen and he had it pulled from stock to take a photo for me before purchase With out this I would not have made the purchase I did When I spoke with him over the phone to finalize the sale he was warm and welcoming He was also had a knowledge about photography from experience as well as sales and even insight into repairs I found myself wanting to just have a conversation about cameras because of this He also assured me that the warranty on the camera I purchased was absolutely worth it even explaining that should the camera need it a repair would be facilitated by someone knowledgeable in repairing those specific cameras It is rare in sales these days to find someone like this attached to an online sales model Pay him more as I m sure he is not making what he is worth no one does these days Arthur thank you The camera I purchased has quite literally been my dream camera since I was 13 Thank you for making a purchase that took 24 years not just comfortable but fun
