What I received was not the same product as in the description and photographs The photographs show a sturdy supportive pair of boots in what appears to be full grain leather with a nicely curved sole The boots I received are constructed of top split leather at best It s very thin The description says they provide support for your feet They don t The sole is merely a moulded tread fixed to the uppers with no insole no metal shank and no support whatsoever And it s not the same sole or the same heel height as in the photographs ideal for relieving foot pain heel spurs flat feet Achilles tendonitis plantar fasciitis knee pain back pain and other uncomfortable ailments The shoe is recommended by physiotherapists and other medical professionals in the UK This may be true of the original boot in the photographs but I bet orthotics professionals would laugh incredulously at the ones I received Our premium insoles featuring anatomical arch support help improve foot and leg alignment eliminate the Pain caused by flat feet poor walking posture plantar fasciitis Our 3 - Arch - Support Design Makes Sure Your Weight Is Evenly Distributed Across The Toes Arch Ball Of Your Feet Insoles What insoles There aren t any There is NO support If I wore these for any length of time with the creases inside them and the lack of support in the sole I would be in considerable pain thick soft lining It s not thick it s thin The boots arrived extremely badly packaged having been crushed down to approx 23 x 5 x 13 cms and wrapped in plastic The toe boxes and heel cups were completely flattened to achieve this so there are now permanent creases inside the toes which make wearing the boots even more uncomfortable The web site and social media ads say the sale of these boots is in a Final Day It seems it has been the Final Day since at least 25th October although it s now mid November When I complained I received an email from a Gmail address not the company s address which has offered a 15 refund without needing to return the boots If I accepted it would mean I ve spent 85 of the price on a crappy knock-off that s unwearable I see someone else reporting via Trustpilot has not received the 15 refund at all I ve emailed back refusing it and asking them to improve the offer Cheating in selling like this is supposed to be illegal in the UK

Ordered a pair of snow boots 50 off 5 weeks ago still have not received them Emailed them and said they were having problems with shipment Cannot find a contact now so presume I have lost my money and this is a scam Paid by credit card
