My partner and I recently purchased one of their properties It s a high spec beautiful house and design There is nothing on the market quite like this Good value for money Their staff are always very friendly and helpful in particularly Julie and Neil We just wished that there would have been a little more attention to detail on some bits and better timeline guidance

Having bought a Kendrick Home in 2020 we not only had our high expectations met in terms of finish and quality but also service Difficult times with COVID-19 but our sales negotiator kept everyone up to date with progress The site foreman personally and Sales manager via the efficient on line Clixifix system quickly and efficiently sorted any post move problems which were very few Quality of fittings and finish was excellent Overall delighted with our new home and would happily recommend anyone to consider Kendrick Homes

Our Kendrick home was the second new build we have purchased I couldn t recommend them more With the experience of buying elsewhere first I know these guys are much easier to deal with especially in challenging covid times

The journey of buying the house and the whole process was straightforward It was the first time we have bought a brand new house We were given full support along the way Thank you Kasia and the site Manager The house looks and feels amazing High quality finish inside Thoughtful attention to lots of detail and finish A few snagging issues normal with a new build resolved very quickly and efficiently Excellent communication We are thrilled with our lovely new house and home I would buy again from Kendrick Homes

We moved in October last year since then the site manager Simon has always been extremely helpful Simon always goes above and beyond to take care of myself and neighbours

Merryl and Simon have been fantastic throughout the whole process They have always been easy to contact for information and have been a pleasure to help us buy our first home We are ecstatic about how our new home looks and very pleased with the job that Kendricks have done They have assured us that any jobs that are not up to scratch will be sorted and they have lived up to that with minor jobs around the house All in all the house is fantastic and we are very happy Would recommend Kendricks homes to others just based on how brilliant the experience has been of buying this home

Hillfort Place

The sales process was quite frankly terrible The lady I dealt with was absolutely awful at communication and her knowledge on the site was completely non-existent which made for an incredibly frustrating time The reason I have given five stars however is because of the after sales which has been absolutely fantastic Stan and Damien in particular have been amazing to deal with incredibly helpful and always willing to help The build quality is also fantastic have only had a few minor snags which were resolved in very quick time due to the after sales and on-site team

Great service high quality new home

Just moved into my brand new apartment From viewing right through to follow up customer care all the staff have been professional responsive and extremely helpful I have been really impressed by the finish on the apartment and the few small teething issues have been dealt with very quickly and professionally Great thought and care have been given to the design and fitting of the apartment and I have not been disappointed having expected a high level of fittings and customer care Many thanks to all who quickly secured my apartment during a very quick completion I am delighted with my new home
