Friendly staff easy sign up and closure process

I rented a space in the Lordswood site I left everything to the last minute and they were very speedy and flexible The process was simple and the prices competitive Even the closing process was simple there were no hidden costs and they even fixed it so I wouldn t lose my discounted price It s refreshing to get a company that doesn t tie to to a long contract just to get as much money as they can out if you I would definitely use them again and 100 recommend them to friends and family

My experience with both Vicki and Jacqui was great from the outset They were both warm and friendly with nothing being too much trouble The unit I had was on the ground floor for ease of access It was very secure and despite my furniture being in storage for over a year there was no damage to it Access was done on my mobile phone and despite me not being a technophobe I managed really well Any technical issues were relayed to me via email and resolved as quickly as possible without affecting my 24 7 access I would not hesitate to recommend Kent Storage Space to friends and family
