Free standing larder fridge just under

Free standing larder fridge just under 2 years old no longer cools down so not fit for purpose Tried phoning Kenwood but got put through to Currys repair centre who wanted 115 to come and look and then whatever is wrong on top of that will never buy anything from either ken wood or currys again both have no interest in after sales and if they tell me again I should have taken extended warranties out on a product that is only 20 months old then that just shows there selling piles of crap

Kenwood Larder fridge woes

Bought a Kenwood Larder fridge from Currys just over a year ago its recently stopped working ruining the contents phoned up Currys help line to find that the warrenty is with Kenwood but because its 1year 7 days outside the purchase period its not covered However called Kenwoood who arranged to send out a technician waited 10 days for the visit Nice man a contractor came yesterday apparently it needs regassing and we ll have to wait for a kit no idea when it will be available Not impressed with teh quality of the product our last fridge lasted over 10 years we re still without a working fridge

Poor user design

Kenwood CK 407G 5 burner range cooker First before using the grill you must put a sheet of steel in the top of the large oven to stop damaging the gas control knobs then wait for it to cool down before removing it and placing it in the storage compartment which is my next contention To open the compartment door is a joke my wife broke two nails trying to open it You have to jamb the top of your finger in the top gap and lever it open or get a spatula or non metallic tool The door is fully recessed so you can t grab the side to pull it open The idiot who designed this hasn t even started design school To solve these very annoying problems a plate that slides out from the top of the oven and locks in place with a flip over toggle the compartment door put a push magnetic catch as on many kitchen cabinet doors come on Kenwood this is 2024 not 1930sHad this cooker for a couple of weeks now noticed gas smell called in gas engineer he found two of the burners not shutting down completely not a lot but enough to give you a headache he sorted it which obviously he shouldn t have to Hello said Kenwood don t make it it s made under license by Currys Fridge freezer just went wrong this week 4 years old from Currys going to AO for new one

1 star Would be less if it was an option Website is a mess Twice threw out errors during checkout but no info on what the problem was Finally crashed out of payment page at end of process with no order code no confirmation nothing Now cant even get hold of customer services Joke and a fraud

Terrible communication and worst dishwasher ever Every few runs shows salts run out top it and all crockery is briney All insides totally rusted out within a year of use Have tried umpteen times to contact service team no response

Hello how is it possible that I ordered on the official website of Kenwood Polska HYKPL15036295 planetary robot and the store does not want to send it to me because the payment method cannot be changed During the payment a payment error occurred and the payment was not processed and it is not possible to change it Kenwood Polska writes that it has no influence on the price and they told me to order the robot again for PLN 5 799 and I bought it for PLN 3 710 Please explain the situation to them because they blame the Italians and are rude to the customer

Bad customer service

Placed an order on blackfriday for 3 products All 3 were shipped in different packages 1 of the 3 didn t arrive but was returned in the middle of the shipping process I asked them what was wrong and if they could please send it anyway They totally ignored it and send me a creditnote I contacted them again but they told me that I should just reorder it at a much higher price Worst customer service ever
