Not happy with this company

Not happy with this company I ordered over 100 worth of Christmas decorations on 4 12 20 and still have no idea if or when they will come I have emailed the customer service team twice now and had no response Sat looking at a bare Christmas tree 100 down and feeling unsure about the legitimacy of this company

Awful service

Awful service Nobody answers the phones nobody responds to emails nothing on social media Terrible Ordered my decorations for my first home at the beginning of December and have had NOTHING and cant even track my parcel Really disappointed Would never use again or recommend to anyone

PRODUCTS NOT AS DESCRIBED

I ordered a bunch of christmas decorations from this company this year and was very excited about the items I had ordered However when they arrived I was highly disappointed as they were nothing like the photos on the website I ordered a set of 6 baubles which were described as gold and the image showed a really pretty pale champagne gold coloured bauble What arrived was what can only be described as bright orange in colour and some were even disformed with lumps of glass on them A complete waste of money as these look horrendous and so I cannot use them They are nothing like the image shown on the website and when I complained about this I was told that they could not help me further as gold could mean a range of colours I was told that items are hand decorated and therefore there may be slight deviations from the photo understandable if referring to the pattern on the bauble but not the obvious difference in colouration and that if I was unhappy I was welcome to pay to return the items for a refund Very unhappy with the customer service I received - my emails were often ignored and when I did receive responses were very unhelpful and argumentative Will not be buying from this website again

Warning If You Order From Its All About Christmas

Beware if you order from this company as they cannot give you an update when your order will ship because this depends upon all kinds of factors apparently They only quote how long DHL will take to deliver once they have processed your order as quickly as they can pick it and prepare it After you order your account just says processing all the time You then discover its not possible to cancel your order Don t be fooled by a great looking website read their FAQ very carefully The website I ordered from looked like I was ordering from a UK company but the company are based in the Netherlands

Very bad service

Very bad service I have ordered the Xmas decors from the beginning of the month It said on the website that it will be delivered after one week I was very excited about it However till now I have no idea where my box is My Xmas tree is still empty till now Impossible to find the status of the order When you call them only automatic reply that if you don t hear from us meaning that we have not shipped it The website looks beautiful but the service is horrible Should avoid it

ITS A PROPER SCAM THIS COMPANY Ordered 3 weeks ago called everyweek for my tracking number but not one person could give me one First week they said customs rejected my parcel because they did not put enough information Second week it was because I wasn t home I work from home I asked for my DPD tracking and they refused to give it to me and said they sent an email and don t believe I did not get that email So I asked them to forward that sent email and they refused to Also I was screamed at by the customer service Incredible I have friends coming and I planned well ahead to have a nice tree up and it s just empty now with guest coming If you want a crappy Christmas buy from them and let them ruin your festive hols

Don t order from this site Products not as described Ordered x5 60cm stockings Arrived nothing like the photo and only 46cm long Absolutely horrendous quality a monkey could make better

Terrible Customer service

Placed an order in november item arrived faulty and not fit for purpose Contacted company and after several messages back and forth over a few days i was told a new one would be sent out This did not happen When i contacted again i was told the parcel was sent back to them they would resend it I have asked for tracking on several occasions no reply Christmas will be past by the time i receive replacement if i ever receive it Shocking customer service

Placed a order on 6 december today I get a email it s delivered No it was not also the delivery company say they are lying you can send emails what you want no response you can call what you want no response All this good comments are fake I spend 300 and have nothing for Christmas then finally I get a email if I don t stop saying bad words in my emails they don t want to do business haha pls I will come to your shop and believe me you will pay me back 100 Don t order here but for sure they will regret to trick me
