Mijn moeder van 88 belde keyelveilig. De monteur was 2 uur boven. Heeft achteraf alleen water bijgevild. Hij liet mn moeder 1600 euro pinnen. Dat likte zogenaamd niet. Toen moest ze weer pinnen met een ander apparaat. Ruim 3000 euro kwijt. Ook na bellen (monteur zei: 2e x pinnen boek ik terug) het geld nooit meer terug gestuurd. Deze gaan over lijken, mensen. Trap er niet in.

Missold a boiler that doesn t fit - police and bailiffs involved
My experience with Ketel Veilig aka InterTech Dynamics in my view included misrepresentation high-pressure sales tactics and what I perceived to be untruths and I felt threatened during the ordeal Here s what happened 1 Misrepresentation and High-Pressure Sales TacticsDuring an unsolicited visit the owner claimed to be from KH Installaties a reputable company with excellent reviews and a 13-year history which the owner of Ketel Veilig confirmed he has I therefore allowed him into my property Upon assessing my boiler he insisted that it was a health hazard and removed duct tape from pipe joints to trigger a carbon monoxide alarm which had been silent prior to his interference He threatened to report me to the authorities unless I allowed him to carry out an emergency repair I then felt pressured into purchasing an Intergas Xtreme 36 boiler for 4 537 5 and that he would waive the emergency repair fee of 300 if I made the purchase on the spot I decided to go ahead and make a 50 deposit payment 2 Falsehoods About the CompanyAfter making the payment I noticed the invoice listed the company as Ketel Veilig not KH Installaties When I confronted the owner he claimed that Ketel Veilig was part of KH Installaties This turned out to be untrue when I contacted KH Installaties directly This meant that the owner s claim about his supposed 13-year history was false 3 Incompatible Boiler and Deceptive Ventilation AdviceWhen the boiler was delivered it didn t fit the available space The owner then suggested replacing my ventilation unit with a Brink Flair 300 model because I said my existing one was inadequate Upon reviewing Dutch building codes myself I calculated that my property requires a unit with a capacity of at least 486 m h - meaning the suggested unit was insufficient When I pointed this out he became hostile and argumentative resulting in him deciding to cancel the purchase agreement 4 Hostility and ThreatsI felt that the owner s demeanour became increasingly confrontational He swore at me and made me feel threatened While he was still present I called Ketel Veilig s main line for support however the representative on the phone insulted me saying You are the problem and made me feel more threatened saying You re lucky the engineer s a nice guy If I were there you d have a big problem 5 Police InterventionThe situation escalated to the point where I had to call the police for protection Neighbours also called the police after hearing the commotion Despite police mediation Ketel Veilig refused to refund me or resolve the issue Ultimately he went away leaving me with an uninstalled boiler that I d paid much more than it s worth in the form of the 50 deposit about double 6 Attempts to Silence CommunicationSince the incident Ketel Veilig blocked my phone number cutting off any possibility of resolving the matter amicably ConclusionThis experience caused significant stress and financial loss for my family As an expat with four young children I found the experience overwhelming I had to pursue legal action to recover my funds which was successful and is now concluded I hope my account helps others make informed decisions

Quality products amazing service
We needed help with our central heating at late notice Obaid and his team went over and beyond to help us They installed a new CV ketel on a Saturday and Obaid worked 4 hours overtime at a special rate to help us solve the issue with the house warming They really put the client first - I cannot recommend them enough
