Replacement Glass for Fire Pit
Following an accident I needed a piece of replacement glass for our table top fire pit I emailed Kettler and received a very helpful response almost immediately The piece of glass has been sourced ordered and is due for collection all within a few days Customer services couldn t have been more helpful and the best bit was the price for the part was very reasonable Amazing

Bought Kettler Henley garden furniture
Bought Kettler Henley garden furniture from John Lewis several years ago Guaranteed for 5 years After 4 years a couple of the chairs developed some rust patches Kettler were amazing We sent photos and they immediately offered replacements This year we noticed one other of the original chairs had some rust now considerably out of guarantee Due to the earlier problems we had experienced they have replaced the final chair too We love the furniture which has sat outside all year round for the past 7 years and still looks like new 10 out of 10 for customer service and satisfaction

From my first contact with Kettler I
From my first contact with Kettler I was treated as a customer Not fobbed off like some companies do my issues were fully understood and appreciated and was advised they may come under the warranty period after a bit of confirmation etc Katie Beverly customer service said no problem and duly advised me the parts are on their way Wow what a girl She certainly knows her stuff I am so grateful for her assistance I would thoroughly recommend Kettler and staff as one of the best companies I have ever dealt with

Not usually one for writing reviews but have been compelled to on this occasion Had an issue with a cracked Kalos fire pit top which is just over a year old I was waiting for all the excuses under the sun why it couldn t be replaced like some companies I ve experienced but I used the online warranty claim tool and surprisingly 2 days later I received an email to arrange delivery of a replacement Refreshingly good customer service from Kettler and friendly helpful and polite service from Kat Woods Well done Kettler

Can t Fault Them
We bought the Palma mini fire pit set last October and a few weeks ago noticed the paint effect on the table had bubbled so contacted Kettler and they replaced it within a couple of weeks The second table one of the panels was damaged so rang and asked for a replacement panel next thing I know they ve replaced the complete table again Can t fault you Kettler thank you very much

This is what good customer service looks like
We bought some Kettler garden furniture from John Lewis over two years ago The third summer we noticed the rattan was disintergrating John Lewis refused to assist as they only provided a two year guarantee and we were just passed the two year mark I emailed Kettler who immediately agreed to send a replacement I m delighted to get such good customer service

5 stars deserved Cornwall
5 stars deserved excellent customer service We would say one of the best around We have had problems with our chairs rusting live by the sea over the years Thankfully the 2nd table has not Just had our last lot of chairs delivered with some good advice on using car wax shampoo to help preserve the furniture Thank you Kettler

Fantastic customer service
Some years ago we bought a Henley Table and six chairs which look perfect in our garden Three weeks ago when we used the table for the first time this year we noticed some rust on one of the chairs and a small amount on the underside of the table despite the furniture having a 5 year anti rust warranty guarantee We contacted Kettler who asked us to send some photos which we did and less than two weeks later they delivered replacements Fantastic customer service I just wish all companies treated there customers in the same way

Top Drawer Service
I purchased a Kettler Gazebo from a third party supplier and when I received it there were a number of small items missing As I wasn t able to contact the supplier on the day of delivery at the time I d noticed I e-mail Kettler directly to see if I could purchase the parts required and received an e-mail the next morning from their Sales team to advise they had sent them in the post There was no charge despite it not being their direct responsibility and I received the items 24 hours later Absolutely amazing service No fuss and made dealing with them a pleasure
