I have had the pleasure of owning the Palma Corner suite for many years and after a quick email to customer service I ordered new seat covers to make my set look like new again Excellent product 100 recommended A special thanks to Kat in customer service

Super Customer Service from Kettler UK

In late August we bought a Kettler Palma garden set including a parasol with built in LED lights and Bluetooth speaker Once we d put it all together we noticed that one of the LED lights in the parasol canopy only flickered intermittently and soon went out altogether I wrote to Kettler and without any delay they responded saying they d order a replacement LED light strip which arrived a few days later and I swapped the faulty strip over in a matter of minutes Excellent service and hey presto we have a perfect parasol We just need to wait for the sun to come back now

Excellent service from start to delivery

Great visit to the factory shop in Redditch Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and gave us great advice when we were not sure which furniture to go for The furniture arrived today on time and as stated in the text message Beautifully packaged and looks just perfect in our garden Thankyou so much Kettler Redditch Only wish we had brought an umbrella as well

Kettler Anti Rust Warranty

I bought a Kettler sienna garden table with 6 chairs parasol and a 2 seater bench in 2021 which had a 5 year anti rust warranty In 2023 the table top showed signs of rust Kettler did not hesitate to completely replace the table Kettler managed the exchange promptly and efficiently All the original chairs etc remain in excellent condition

Needed new foot caps for 20 year old

Needed new foot caps for 20 year old patio chairs table and Kettler were extremely helpful in identifying correct items and despatched them promptly Also gave simple tip to aid the fitting the caps which did in fact made the job much easier Great customer service from friendly staff

Went to the kettler clearance sale

Went to the kettler clearance sale event with a very sceptical view but as I turned the corner in the queue and got a peak at the furniture on sale and the reductions WOW - worth going if you are after any garden related furniture prices were ridiculous First Garden set we saw with a parasol was reduced from just over 2k to 500 Staff were helpful and polite and the whole process of ordering was smooth and hassle free

Great quality product and amazing customer service

We had bought a kettler outdoor dining set last year and this year it had a damage which could lead to the weaving to come off on one of the sofas When reported Kettler offered 10 damage refund but when we explained the degree of damage they were kind enough to replace the entire seating except for the table What an amazing customer service team Would definitely recommend Kettler products for it s quality and the company for it s great customer service Well done guys

Prompt warranty claim resolution

After having taken delivery of this solid set corner sofa stools and firepit table we noticed some scratches on the table top Put in a warranty claim providing proof of purchase and photos Was offered a discount refunded of a replacement We chose the replacement due to the prominent location of scratches New table being sent out and original will be collected at the same time Fantastic customer service and friendly and helpful at the same time Oh and the german made furniture is really solid And have 3 years warranty piece of mind

Kettler meno Cassis garden set

We bought a two seater Kettler meno cassis garden set online from Inside out living website which had a slight marks on the table top glass The issue got reported to Kettler and they immediately sent us the replacement under their guarantee without any fuss The customer service and the claims section of both companies were great The product is fantastic and sturdy The claim was handled very efficiently by Kettler GB We were very impressed with the speed and efficiency of dealing with the issue Excellent customer service

Really good company

I love the look of the kettler garden furniture but after the first year leaving it in the garden the table and one chair had rust on it probably through being by the coast so contacted kettler as it had a three year warranty and I was so impressed everyone was so friendly and helpful and replaced the items as soon as they were in stock The collection of table and chair and delivery of the new items was really good as well Very good service which is so unusual these days will always buy from them again Great company
