Let down last minute
Booked Kev to help with my house move 3 weeks ago and he backed out with less than 5 days to go causing an incredible amount of stress When I rang him he was rude Basically got offered a job for more money For a moving van company didn t seem to be empathetic to completions and situations around moving house Ended up finding another company who were 100 cheaper Would not recommend

Very rude and unprofessional for someone who been in the business for 21 years
I was not going to leave any review at all until I read some of the comments on Google reviews about how rude Kevin is I did change the items I required moving twice once on the moving day due to circumstances beyond my control when I asked for an adjusted quote he demanded payment upfront who asks for payment before the job is done when he saw my dresser he said it cannot be moved as it s a 4man job he had a picture of the dresser and came with one person his attitude left me feeling intimidated and anxious which he said was my fault Although he displayed better behaviour towards the end of the job my friends and family were appalled by my experience and did feel he would not have behaved this way if my husband was present I suggest you put Mark in charge as he displayed professional and courteous behaviour throughout If I didn t need to be out of my previous property quickly I would have told Kevin to leave My brother picked up the leaflet for his company from ready steady store in Leeds-big mistake Avoid if you can Moving is very stressful as it is without this
