Why did I ever stop taking these

This is my second review I used Key for her for PMS last year and it worked wonders so I stopped and my symptoms came back back there were other factors going on Symptoms were worse than ever I m back on it 3 months and today is day one of my cycle and NO pms symptoms I cannot believe it I will never stop taking this product You two are amazing and making so many women s lives better

Game Changer

It took 2 months but I can vouch my pms is gone I used to suffer and I mean suffer for 10-14 days before my cycle It really affected my everyday life This cycle all I had was a tiny bit of cramping on day 1 and that was it Before taking this supplement I was spending approximately 160 every 2 months on supplements which didn t work so switching to key for her is a no brainer I really cannot believe the difference I feel like I have been given a new lease of life On top of everything my hair never looked better and there has been a massive improvement in my skin and nails

Collagen and key vitamin review

I took a month of the collagen and peri menopause vitamins I noticed improvement in my nails and joints after a couple of weeks After this month I took a break of a month and noticed these improvements had diminished I m back taking them now and I feel the same improvement again

I m just getting vet half way through my first month and I can honestly say I feel amazing the tiredness slump is gone I m sleeping more soundly the biggest thing for me was the improvement in my moods I mSo much more relaxed and the little things don t get me worked up at all be got the collagen too and I m loving it my nails and hair look to be growing faster my skin is clearing up too

This is worth spending money on

I ve spent stupid money on supplements in the past but I have to say these are well worth it I ve been using the collagen supplement for two months and I m nearly finished with my first month of the peri and menopause supplement I m really seeing the differences now with the collagen supplement My nails are stronger and growing well my hair is growing much faster with less fallout I got a serious haircut at Christmas talking 4 inches and I d say nearly 2 inches has grown back already And it tastes great too - this is a plus compared to other collagen supplements on the market The vitamin supplement is good I m not a tired I can see and feel a difference and I use it in conjunction with my HRT Highly recommend these supplements

Using the menstrual cycle key for her vitamins a month now Today is the first time in 29 years that I have gotten my monthlys and have zero cramps and no upset tummy I was skeptical at first when I ordered but I m 100 amazed at how well they really do work Customer service is brilliant and fast delivery is a plus Highly recommended for anyone who would suffer on day one of their period like I used to

I wanted to update my review of the key for her menopause I ve been using this product for over a year now and recently I became ill Over this time I sporadically took my tablets and for a month didn t take at all Within another month all my symptoms bar none had returned and with a vengeance Hot flushes every hour it was horrendous I decided to return to my key for her and now within a month symptoms have regressed significantly No hot flushes or night sweats pure relief I don t know how it s doing it but it s doing it Still amazing product and so happy I have this along side me for the menopause journey Julie x

The Happy Pills everywoman needs

I started the peri menopause 4 months ago and will never look back It takes minimum 3 weeks for the full effects to be enjoyed I went from several intense hot flushes a day to none and from severe nightly sweats to one maybe 2 a week My sleep pattern which was the biggest issue has really improved and I just have more energy every day I father recently passed and I m helping to care for my Mum who has Alzheimer s and I could not get through the daily pace without the help of my little happy pills I have added the collagen to my routine and have already noticed an improvement in my hair and nails So glad to support an Irish Company
