Terrible experience No support after robot failure

No after sales support The Loona robot stop working It didn t last a month I got it on the kickstarter campaign and after the initial failure everything was feeling helpless and finding support delays with worthless mails Not reliable at all not the technology nor the support I don t really understand about all the prizes they claim to have received for the Loona robot but better to avoid spending your money here
