The team at Kings Hill properties managed the rental of our family home for 6 years whilst we were abroad before going on to handle the sale of the house as part of our relocation We heavily relied on them as we were living outside the UK and they were great They handled the communication between us and our tenants extremely well organised all of the required maintenance and seemed to find new good quality tenants easily meaning we had only a few weeks across the 6 years where the property was not rented In my opinion they went above and beyond in managing the end of the rental with the final tenants and the preparation of the house ahead of the sale and ahead of the new owners moving in I highly recommend them
