I ordered some Smoothie mixture from this company and I have waited 2 weeks for the order they sent me a link to a courier tracking that does not work and refuses to refund or help me Do not buy anything from them

Horrendous experience with KIANO
Horrendous experience with KIANO I made a big order of 4 powders the blender when there was a -30 discount on the website They sent it to my address via FedEx not even adding the commercial invoice which is a must to add on international shipments So I had to ask them for it but still FedEx sent back the order to them and I had to send KIANO 2 emails because they wouldn t reply to me Finally they reply and they refund me 81 85 euros instead of the 101 85 I ve paid and tell me that I should make the order again on their website I go to try and re-do the order but their website doesn t have a discount anymore so I reach out to them about it and they tell me to make the order and that they ll send back the -30 difference which if you work in e-commerce is odd because you could just generate a discount code to add I was about to re-buy but then I noticed the incoherence in the refunded amount vs what I actually paid

Terrible customer service Scam
Terrible customer service I made a mistake when ordering from them and noticed immediately I sent them an email because they don t have a tab on their website to cancel orders That was on a Fridayt morning When I didn t get a response I emailed again Three days later I got a curt response saying that they couldn t cancel because my order had already been sent the responded first thing Monday morning I hadn t received a notification that my order had been sent at that point The notification came Monday afternoon the label for Fedex had apparently been created Sunday morning almost two days after I had emailed to cancel Zero customer service Don t buy from this company

I have been ordering these products for
I have been ordering these products for a year they always deliver fast from Sweden to Mallorca never had any problems I had a subscription and one day they announced via email that they can t deliver and never charged me anything - they put my subscription on hold I had problems with other companies and subscriptions who charged and then didn t deliver With kiano I have never had such issues A few weeks ago they started delivering again I already received my order I would say they are honest and their products are really amazing

Love these products
Love these products The only brand I have found that hold a really high standard on all products and the quality Taste so much better than most mealshakes and powders I have tried And I love that they are organic and without additives or artificial sweeteners like most others do
