Ordered two dining chairs
Ordered two dining chairs- first off the soldering quality was very poor and u could see them very clearly Secondly although the website mentioned free returns they charged 30 eur to make the return work to return a faulty product Beware of this brand EDIT they just got back to me waiving this fee they realized this was a complaint And not a simple return - hopefully works

Super quality and excellent customer service
I Live in England and loved the chairs so much I called Kick to see if they could help me out and they sure did they send a payment link and took care of the shipment I already have 4 chairs from them and love them so much I decided to order 2 more for another room as well Highly recommend super quality I have the IVY chairs now for 4 years and they still are as new
