I would have given them a big fat 0 if I could Placed an order in December for a baby pair of shoes and they took the money instantaneously Middle of January now They said i would receive by Jan 3 I never received the product I will learn one day to read reviews first

Shipping from China not the US - poor customer service

I came here to share my frustration with this company about how they deceive you on their website say they are shipping within 1-2 days of receiving the order and that shipping will take 7-10 days sometimes less Well I found that other reviewers already said what I experienced The products shipped from China and the package was sitting there for a week or so and was delayed It contained Christmas presents to our grandkids and we gave up on this order all together and decided to get other gifts from Amazon instead The package finally arrived on the 24th and to initiate a return they request that I pay a return label to ship to Austria that would be more costly than the toys we ordered This is a scam obviously Do NOT use them - we will only use well known companies going forward

Horrible Company

Horrible Company They lie about delivery and don t release ORDER numbers or correct tracking information for you to follow They are not even worthy of a 1 16th STAR

Toy cheaply made

I am so disappointed in this company and the toy I purchased First of all the airplane in the picture looked a lot bigger than it was I ordered the toy in October and took until December to be delivered It was a Christmas present for my grandson so of course it was not opened until then As soon as we put together the plane within a few hours pieces were braking The plane opens and closes in the back of the plane It also got where the plane would not close tightly like it should have When I emailed the company they told be it had been over 30 days from the time I received the toy not from the time it was opened and would not do anything The disappoint in my grandson s eyes were heartbreaking I do not recommend this company at all

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Placed an order on November 27 Expected delivery date was December 5 Still have not received the item I have contacted the company numerous times and they cannot provide me with a US based tracking number I have reported the company for fraudulent activity to PayPal in hopes of getting my money back Do not purchase from them

Misleading shipping info

I checked the website before ordering in November to make sure wasn t overseas shipment I placed my order only to wait for tracking details that s how I found out it was overseas and came after Christmas Do not expect fast delivery

Look for an alternative retailer

I should have looked for real reviews of this company before I placed an order Like others I m experiencing shipping delays I m tracking the shipping and the information hasn t changed in days the package is apparently sitting at an international airport The only reason I ordered from them is that that had a very specific item I was looking for that I couldn t find elsewhere

Worse order made online ever

I order a couple of toys for my grands kids for Christmas and they are still not delivered I have been trying to get a refund but they say the delivery is on his way my order was on December 12 2024 those toys were promise before Christmas DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF THEY DO NOT COME I MAY Dispute the charge with my credit cart company which is a pain in the neck very VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Would not order from this company

I ordered Christmas gift for my grandson on Dec 7 2024 Info said would take 7-10 business days to arrive and nothing indicated it would be shipped from China An email a few days later indicated it would be delayed and finally arrived Jan 3 2025 It is cheaply made and does not work as the videos depict I requested to return and was informed by email that it has to be sent to China I saw this advertised on Facebook
