I purchased a majestic mantion for Christmas Bought it is September when I had the money I disnr open and assembled under the 16th of December for a Christmas girt My 3 years main gift it is missing the main bottom floor I ordered a new part over the weekend the was for cover under warranty it had to pay 30 00 for it ans it will not arrive by Christmas I called customer service for help and the person was pushing me off said nothing they can do And they would send a complaint to the supervisor that would call or email by end of day I even offered to pay for an over night fedex label for them to send the part No response no email no call And they closed for thw day What a crappie company no concern for their customers

Cheapest cr-ap ever Six months into our playground experience and the slide has cracked holding on by one screw all the wood is cracked in just about every piece My 5 year old tips the whole thing over by just swinging Will never buy from CHEAPcraft ever again

900 frame in the bin

Be careful buying off this company Once the warranty runs out things start to fall apart with it been made from cheap wood I spent 900 on a climbing frame swing set only to be told that they don t make it no more so I can not buy spare parts So now I have a 900 climbing frame that is broke and can not be used

I am expecting my grandchildren to visit for the very first time from 3 000 miles away I anxiously and excitedly researched almost every single playhouse on the market and chose to purchase your Forestview II Playhouse The size advertised said 66 50 x 69 Upon setting it up today we were shocked to discover the actual size to be 44 x 49 5 x we didn t even continue assembling to find our the actual height I am beyond disappointed and extremely sad that this was falsely advertised Now my grandchildren will arrive and I won t be able to see their excitement and joy I was anticipating when they would see their beautiful playhouse I will not be able to order purchase and assemble an appropriate one before they arrive on November 16th I m so very disappointed

Purchased the Cozy Play house When signing up there was a 15 for new customers however they told me it s not available for this product After making the purchase after five days they reduce the cost by 300 I noticed this when I was going to make further purchases from their website When I asked them refund the difference they refused Bad management lost customer and have told three of my friends who are going to make purchases to avoid which they have

TERRIBLE

I waited on hold for an hour to talk to Rebecca The issue Im specifically having is involving anywhere there is a plastic piece in the wood the screw pretty much stops once it gets to that plastic piece I m at a loss because I ve tried it by hand with a manual screwdriver with a power screwdriver I got a man friend to help me try to do and he couldn t get it I was told by Rebecca to KidKraft Consumer Engagement Team I did email them everyday for a week and I have gotten ZERO RESPONSE Im a single mom I have only 500 in my bank account I had to SAVE MONEY to get my kid this kitchen for his bday and I cant even put it together IM DESPERATE FOR HELP

Purchased the climbing frame and swing set all the fixing are missing not a problem these thing happen so called customer services in the Netherlands No answer went to voice mail that was full us unable to leave a message or speak to anyone So not bad customer service NO customer service
