Amazing service from Kidly
Amazing service from Kidly Order 2 toddler water bottles that seemed to be defective when little one tried to use and so contacted kidly via Facebook messenger Rach replied within moments and was polite and very helpful She came up with a solution and was very friendly and super helpful This company is amazing and to be honest although I have experienced good customer service before from other companies these guys really went the extra mile to help out and I felt really cared for I would without a doubt use them again Also my parcel came super quick Thank you Rach and to Kidly

First time ordering with this company Unfortunately the item we ordered was slightly damaged in transit Contacted Kidly and everything was resolved in quite possibly the fastest and straight-forward customer service I ve ever experienced Extremely impressed with these guys well done

Fabulous products and customer service
Fabulous products and customer service This was my second order Each time the items arrived super fast and well packaged Really cute stuff too I always end up buying presents for all of my friends babies too When I had an issue with one of the items and contacted customer service they replied within an hour and send out a replacement immediately Can highly recommend

Such pretty things
Such pretty thingsI bought a little tea set for a friends daughter and a recycled bib for my son Both are wonderful and very good quality It also arrived before time and the customer service was also very good Will defo checkout their website again for any future needs

Good site I like it alot
Good site I like it alot ordered from their twice now as I remmembered that they delivered pretty promptly Also what I enjoy is having a good selection of things to browse and they certainly have that - nice selection of folding crates I reccomend

Super friendly fast customer service
Jelly sandals arrived missing a buckle Popped customer service an email and they replied very quickly offering an exchange or partial refund I opted for the refund as my daughter adores her new sandals and the buckles are only cosmetic It s already been taken care of I only emailed an hour ago Customer service was absolutely perfect thanks so much

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service Quick efficient and friendly to customers They always keep you happy if there is any problem The products are so nice and of course pricy but they offer a lot of sale which makes the items affordable I love a year window of return as my daughter is growing fast so I can change my time in mean time based on her size or what she likes as long as the item is unused Also sometimes people give you the same item as you bought as a present so can simply return yours This option has been so useful and always encouraged me to buy stuff from them
