We wanted a simple device with restricted functionality for our daughter and chose this product to give her a little freedom and allow her to text friends We had an issue due to our daughters lack of care and not the product Within an hour of contacting KiDSnav they came back with a very generous solution and we re very happy This is not an expensive product and so to get such excellent customer service was unexpected

Stay in contact without the need for your child to have a mobile phone

Brilliant watch for kids not old enough for a mobile phone My 9yr old has just started walking round to her friend s house going out on her bike She s only around the corner but it takes away any stress worry We can call message each other of course use the GPS The parental controls are simple to use I m very happy with the fact that there s no monthly subscription fee We ve recommended to friends whom have also since purchased

The KiDSnav watches are great

The KiDSnav watches are great We had a couple of 2G ones a few years ago and once these had been fully utilised we got another two 4G ones It means I can let my 2 primary school age boys out without needing to get them a smartphone and we can easily get in contact with each other plus I can find out where they are The customer service has always been very responsive too with any queries

Brilliant watch which gives me peace of mind when the children are at clubs by themselves Accurate gps and the do not disturb school mode is great for when they are in the classroom Customer service is v responsive

Safe Durable and a very user friendly kids watch

We purchased the Kids Nav watch for my 8 year old son about 1 5 years ago and are absolutely thrilled with its performance The GPS tracking feature is excellent as a parent knowing exactly where my child is at all times is invaluable The two-way calling feature is fantastic My child can easily call me if they need anything and I can call them without any issues The voice quality is clear and there s also an SOS button that my child can press in case of an emergency which immediately alerts me Overall the kids Nav Kids GPS Watch has exceeded my expectations It provides a perfect blend of safety convenience and fun for both parents and children I highly recommend this watch to any parent looking for a reliable way to keep track of their kids and ensure their safety

Great product and helpful customer support Kid loves having his own phone watch and allows us to give him more freedom knowing he can quickly get in touch Also the GPS tracker is so useful Would recommend getting the screen protector

Great Watch for Kids

We bought this for our son when he started walking to school the watch has good features with which you can track live location You can also set a security perimeter and everytime when your child is outside that perimeter you will get a notification Overall a very good experience with the services provided

A great wee product

Prompt communication and delivery from Kidsnav The watch itself is very good easy to navigate and I am impressed at the sound quality as it s very clear and not thin and tinny sounding for something so small It s been a relief to know that this is easy to use by my child when they re out and about certainly with the app to support tracking etc My child has no problem either phoning or messaging on it The SIM tariff is also fantastic value My only gripe is that the silicone strap although soft and comfortable has two band retainers that are not durable and they ve split and fallen off inside a few months However straps appear to be readily available Overall it s a great piece of technology and I m delighted with it

Perfect affordable watch

Kidsnav is a perfect affordable watch for the independent 8 year old who s out to play all the time with his friends It gives me peace of mind as the tracking function is accurate enough It works abroad too No issues with calls and video calls Only 1p per minute is another benefit Easy to set up and good quality sound and video It has a school mode too so no playing with watch at school Highly recommend
