They might be a bit more expensive than most but i use their face wash anti wrinkle cream and facial fuel and i think it s easily the best i have tried I now just stick with these three products Excellent

Great skin hair products
I struggle with oily skin which is also very dehydrated I ve tried all high-end brands and never been so happy with the results I used to get flaky dry patches on my face and due to the combination of oily dehydrated skin attempts to treat them often resulted in skin that s too oily and shiny looking or just too dry Kiehl s Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturing Serum Concentrate followed by their Ultra Facial Cream changed the game for me Skin looks soft plump radiant and has never looked healthier even in my early 20 s No more dry patches so i can apply make-up with ease now or even go out without any Very quick delivery if you re ordering online and a wide range of samples and professional advice in store Their hair care is outstanding too do yourself a favour and pop to the local branch

What the corporate greed
What in the corporate greed bs is this I ve been using their ultra facial cream for over 3 years now love it don t get me wrong I ordered a black Friday sale using my points directly from the Khiel s website I also went and purchase the same size bottle 4 2oz from Sephora they were having their own sale Kheil s has now downsized the 4 2oz container to conserve plastic cuz we all know that s what corporations care about and it looks about the same size as the 1 7oz container I ve had several of those too What a joke Just charge more for the 4 2oz instead of trying to trick the consumer into thinking you give a s about the environment This is how good corporations die greed

Worst customer service
Worst customer service literally non-existent Do NOT buy from Kiehls off their website AT ALL Im in New Zealand got confirmation order said it would be shipped in 24hours nope sent 3 emails plus an email via their online contact form no reply whatsoever used their online chat feature connected with a real human thank goodness but to then be told youve come through to our online skin specialist service we cant help then received package 8 days later with products missing have sent emails to again their online email address plus the 2 loreal emails on packing slip plus the email of the contact store person shown in afterpay NO REPLY FROM ANYONE Basically just stolen money from me Never again You d think a billion dollar luxury brand could be decent enough to either pay their workers properly or hire extra staff Unfortunately will no longer support this brand

Extreme disappointment
I am in Paris France Received an order from Kiehl s via local service provider Mondial Relay in their locker The box was clearly not fitting in but it was pushed there so I struggled to get it out The box was damaged and opened One product was broken dispenser of Midnight recovery botanical oil so I can t use it I was trying to call Kiehl s I texted them in WhatsApp I filled up a form on their website No reply Then I went to the physical shop they couldn t help because they don t deal with online purchases But a kind co-worker called her colleagues who told her that I need to go and ask the service provider for the refund It is totally not ok Im a client of Kiehl s they organise the delivery not me I don t think I should waste my time figuring out who s mistake that was Extremely disappointing experience shocking ignorance for such a well known brand

Terrible customer service have stolen my money
Purchased items on Black Friday sales on 25th November shipping said it would take 1-2 days No updates for over a week I sent 2 emails no reply 2 weeks later with still no response I called the customer service team she told me my order had failed and has been cancelled with no other explanation Both the items I ordered are currently in stock and the money has been taken from my account Customer service then stated I should have received a refund by now 16 days after placing my order they still have my 150 I have sent multiple emails to Loreal and Kiehl s and am not receiving any response Absolutely terrible customer service After being a Kiehl s purchaser for many years from Mecca I will never be purchasing their products again I am disgusted They are a poor excuse for a multi million dollar company

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from Kiehls Have called and emailed customer service without a reply Finally got a hold of a customer service rep who said they are having problems because UPS cannot get to their warehouse to pick up the items What They said my products shipped out on December 4th but nothing has ever shipped there s no tracking and the package was never picked up by UPS I do not trust Kiehls and think they are doing something to show alot of products shipped by yearend but in fact nothing has actually shipped Tried to cancel my order but was told I could not Now I m filing a dispute with my bank as I just want my money back at this point
