Bought the 24 april products Was written 2-5 working day delivery The DHL tracking was blocked on electronic reservation Wrote the first time and after a while the tracking moved They wrote me apologizing because of the congestion Supposed be the delivered the 5 may The tracking showed me was at 73 km far from me fhe 4th may Today i wrote them again and after few minutes the tracking says my products are at 313 km far delivery probably the 8th may no comment

On 9th December 2021 I ordered from Kik many socks as a gift for Christmas and I haven t received it until today 31 01 2022 The customer service didn t help in clarifying the problem did not get a refund until today very disappointing service

Complete crap of an app It just stopped delivering messages and made a complete mess of things It went on for days without functionning which very negatively affected two friendships I had going on The ads are very intrusive and the app is full of fakes and weirdos

KiK Targovishte - Bulgaria Bad communication skills from the STAF they are absolutely not kind I asked from them to show where are the gift bags and they yelled that they are in the wall I asked once again because this is not an acceptable reply In the wall we are not in a mini market she yelled once again in the wall is not hard to show with a finger or to come with me and to show where are they located One month before this issue with this lady we had again a similar issue they again yelled at us at 6 50PM 1h before the closing time of the market because they cleaned the floors and they didn t leave us to check the toys section I asked from the lady to be kind and to don t yell but she yelled with a higher voice than she cleaned and we can not pass from this area because she will not clean again the same part On the door is writen than they are working untill 8 00PM I can not see anything about the market I visited it in more than one country but the first time I meet a very rude staff like this one I will also contact the main management of KIK via the website because no one can be rude with a human being in front of her family girlfriend friend or whatever Furthermore I will leave also the same review on GOOGLE and the other review platforms If someone of the owners of this franchise is reading this the lady was chubby and with red brown hair with glassesI expect some compensation for the caused psychical damage from the staff

Very bad customer service and site
Ordered something in August it would take 5 working days I had it delivered to a branch for collection so click and collect well the status of that order has changed but not so I contacted customer service and all my questions are not answered they answer yes our track and trace is in a test phase that is why it remains stationary I asked where is my order no answer I asked when will my order arrive no answer i went to the store she said no there is nothing here Save yourself this headache and don t order anything

Don t bother complaining
Took them 2 weeks to answer my complaint And they neatly passed the problem onto another vendor Verifone instead of making the smallest effort to address my problem
