Kilo Health offered to market my product SleepHackMe for me They then created fake reviews and fake statistics about effectiveness of the product and started running ads charging customers and not refunding them before the product was even close to existing in order to test if the product would take They stated over 14000 people have taken the course When 0 people have They say the course has a 4 8 out of 5 star rating from 358 people when it has zero ratings They continued to do this despite my repeated request to stop as this is unethical especially for a medical product They put the BBC and business insider logos on the website to trick people into thinking the course has been mentioned there when it hasn t They are due to change the site to another name Their sleep expert Dr Newman MD does not exist The picture is fake The reviews from Caran John and Rachel are fake The facebook user reviews are fake The CEO CMO and my product managers use unethical marketing practices and ignored my requests to stop marketing my product

Scammers I found out today that I ve sent them 7 monthly payments of 28usd before I noticed No idea who they are or what they do Website is vague like their responses on here

Scam Took money and I never authorized or subscribed

They took money that I never agreed to or subscribed to They will steal from your PayPal account You can cancel but they still get that first payment and you have to do all the work to get a refund I did reach out to your customer support team and everyone very snuggly let me know there was nothing they could do The app is a do fasting app but to keep it confusing and their stars up you have to research that it is Kilo Health and then if you can t prove Do Fasting and Kilo Heath are connected they lobby trust pilot to take your review down so you then need to provide even more evidence to support your claim Which I did because this company has terrible practices

This organisation took 66 from my account for a subscription I knew nothing about They have refused to reimburse me the money that they have stolen from my account Based on what I have read this seems to be a norm for this organisation Do not sign up for anything related to this company they are true scammers
