Extremely disappointing experience avoid if you expect reliability or professionalism
I ordered a custom bunk bed from KinderBettFabrik in October 2024 It s now April 2025 and the bed has still not been delivered While the product may be of good quality as seen in photos and videos the customer service and delivery process are a disaster I ve had to chase for updates almost every week Promises are made and never kept I was told several times that the bed would be delivered next week or tomorrow and nothing happens Even worse I paid in full including for assembly which now might not even be honored Communication is inconsistent vague and often simply disappears Despite being understanding and offering multiple chances to find a solution I was ultimately ignored This company may have good intentions but their lack of professionalism logistical planning and respect for their customers make it impossible for me to recommend them I truly hope they improve in the future but until then be very careful if you choose to order from them Julien

I ordered a Bunk Bed with steps at Kinderbettfabrik de The delivery took longer than expected due to the ongoing company expansion process during that point in time in 2023 My contact at the company kept me up to speed with all relevant information and explained in much detail why they were not able to ship the product earlier as planned He was always very solution oriented and kind The customer experience was very transparent and good The company handled the situation honest open and with all possible efforts Kinderbettfabrik organized a mitigation and shipped the bed themselves in person which showed me the huge dedication the company has towards their customers Great Job The Bed itself is a very good piece of work The solid wood completes the impression of high-quality materials It was easy to put together the pre-assembled parts as one person Normally I do not write reviews however in this case I give a shout-out and can full-heartedly recommend this company due to my customer experience and good quality of the received product I wish the company the best of success for the future

Great quality and beautiful bed
Great quality bed which also looks beautiful in kids room Kids love it as it is very cozy and serves not only as the bed but more as a play home and their secret shelter Solid wood is very sustainable and feels very safe for the kids The assembly is also super easy The only thing to improve is delivery time we waited for 3 months and communication in between

I am very happy with the service of this company I received the bed on the day they had promised me and they assembled it in my house in a very short time The bed is strong and stable and looks great in the children s room We also got some extra paint for touch ups The worker was friendly and followed up to check if everything is ok I would highly recommend to buy a bunk bed from this company
