My order wasn t delivered for more than a month after purchase due to them not having all items in stock and now they are declining register my extended warranty because it s been more than 30 days since purchase Awful company practice do not recommend

I bought a car seat on 28th February but my child finds it uncomfortable I submitted two return requests on 21st and 25th March but haven t received any reply I ve also tried calling multiple times with no success This lack of communication is unacceptable I expect a prompt response and resolution I m prepared to escalate further if needed

Newsletter coupons were not working

Newsletter coupons were not working the automatic email sent twice an empty field instead of the code I ended paying the product 20 more than on other distributor websites and I still don t have visibility on when the order will arrive only live status not expected delivery

Disappointed with Tyre Quality on the Kinderkraft 3 in 1 Moov Pushchair

I purchased the Kinderkraft 3 in 1 Moov pushchair with high hopes but unfortunately my experience has been quite disappointing The pushchair itself has some good features but the quality of the tyres has been a major issue From the beginning the tyres seemed to leak frequently Despite regular maintenance they would lose air quickly making it difficult to use the pushchair consistently As a result the tyres wore out and broke easily which is not what I expected from a product at this price point I hope Kinderkraft addresses this issue in future models as it significantly impacts the usability and reliability of the pushchair Until then I can t recommend this product to other parents looking for a durable and hassle-free pushchair P S Even I have 10 years warranty I still need to pay for a new wheel because the warranty does not cover tyre damage

The card payment is not transparently shown as being part of the paypal selection Therefore is quite difficult for some to go through with the purchase when as options you show Klarna and PayPal
