I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company I placed an order and paid for it but I never received the item Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service I have not received any response or resolution It is unacceptable that they have taken my money without delivering the product I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company as their customer service and reliability are severely lacking

Scam

I asked to cancel an order with this company but they are impossible to speak to They do not reply to emails messages on their website and their Facebook page hasn t been used in a few years so I cannot message through Facebook Terrible customer service and company I have asked my bank to refund me for this scam
