Fantastic service Very professional and detail focussed

We contacted kinetic renewables for a quote along with 4 other companies of those companies 2 didn t respond and of the 3 remaining Kinetic Renewables was very competitive and considering the quality of the equipment used which is something I had researched beforehand was a clear choice We asked for a full roof of panels and 3 high capacity batteries Gareth was really good here as I had overestimated what I thought I needed Gareth said he would supply what we requested but pointed out he thought it was overkill and we could save some money by reducing our installation size Between placing our order and the work starting we decided while Gareth was on the roof fitting panels we would get the roof filled but not get a second inverter at this stage as well as only fitting 2 batteries Gareth was great at keeping us informed at every stage of the install On the first day of the install Gareth ferried all of the parts to our house and got started with the install We were very impressed with Gareth s professionalism attention to detail and thoroughness at every step of the installation He was always very polite and helpful answering all of my numerous questions and left the worksite spotless at the end of every day The installation has been fitted for 2 weeks now and we have generated 200 kWh of electricity from the solar panels and have not needed to use any electricity from the grid since the installation was switched on I cannot speak highly enough of Kinetic Renewables and the Professional meticulous approach from Gareth We are very happy with our install

Excellent install of Solar and Batteries

Gareth has made a superb job of installing solar panels inverter EV charger and batteries with emergency supply Gareth s initial survey and quote was thorough and he was able to clearly explain options regarding equipment choice and installation locations Whilst not the cheapest quote I received it was competitive and met all my requirements I was confident that the installation would be of high quality Communication following the quote was excellent and we were able to tweak the design a little to meet my now better understood requirements Installation was brought forward a few weeks and scaffolding went up 2 days before the installation Gareth completed the installation on time with just a one hour interruption to our supply Gareth was also able to accomodate my last minute request increase the battery capacity The installation is extremely tidy Panels are located symmetrically roof tiles carefully notched and all cabling neatly clipped or run in conduit There were a few issues during commissioning but these were resolved in conjunction with the supplier Since then we have seen a significant reduction in our electricity costs and a reasonable reduction in grid consumption I am surprised how well the panels work in winter All commissioning documentation including DNO approval was received a few days after installation was completed I would not hesitate to recommend Kinetic Renewables to anyone looking for an installer

We have no hesitation in recommending Kinetic Renewables to anybody considering household battery installation Definitely 5 stars Besides being a really friendly guy Gareth the director is very knowledgable very professional and meticulous Installing a house battery is not something to be undertaken lightly Its expensive and judging by many Trustpilot reviews I read before taking the plunge sometimes risky in terms of after sales support From my first contact with Gareth of Kinetic Renewables we had confidence that we were talking to a very knowledgeable person Right up to the installation date he kept us informed as to progress in obtaining the required kit from Givenergy and answering the many questions we threw at him After discussions with Gareth we went for a 9 5kWh Givenergy system The installation went smoothly and we were consulted at all times about OUR requirements for the placement of component parts and the emergency power outputs Since commissioning the installation Gareth has still made himself available to help us get to grips with getting the most out of the new system Some of the Trustpilot reviews we read for OTHER installation companies suggested that this was not always the case

Gareth responded to a post I put on a Facebook group within minutes and since our first contact the service we ve received from Kinetic has been first-class We had an on-site survey soon after our initial enquiry where Gareth patiently listened to our requirements Kinetic s approach was a refreshing change from the other companies we had contacted which only used a single panel and inverter battery manufacturer Emails were quickly responded to and pricing was competitive and transparent Gareth and Ryan worked tirelessly to install our system during the September heatwave It s rare to find people who carry out work on your home to the same standard as if it were their own They are clearly passionate about their work and genuinely wanted our installation to be the best it could be Nothing was too much trouble our home was treated with respect and they were a pleasure to deal with After-sales has also been first-rate A few days after the installation we had a small issue which Gareth alerted me to almost before I had noticed and was quickly resolved A trustworthy knowledgeable and highly professional company I have no hesitation in recommending If you re thinking of installing solar or home storage Kinetic should be at the top of your shortlist

A fantastic professional service from a company which obviously prides itself on customer satisfaction Gareth initially visited our property to check what we had requested and been quoted for was exactly what was needed and we had solar panels and battery storage fitted just over 2 weeks ago He allocated himself more than enough time to do the work therefore ensuring the job was completed to a very high standard Gareth is most certainly a perfectionist The job did not just finish with the installation Gareth took the time to explain very clearly how the system worked answered any questions we had immediately after the job and in the following days when we were learning the system From his remote monitoring of the installation he gave us a check back on how we were handling the system and that the system was working to his satisfaction We have been able to see at a glance the amount we are saving on our energy bills already and would have no hesitation in recommending this company Thanks Gareth for a brilliant job
