They dont deliver the quality they promise

Guys these people are a bunch of scammers They do not respond to any emails I have ordered 2 shoulder supports from them and the quality is sub par Not only that I have sent them an email with regards to a refund 2 days after using their products yet they do not respond back Most likely this is a drop shipping company that is not held accountable for the products it produces

They dont respond to emails I purchased 2 shoulder braces and they are most uncomfortable I have yet to have my shoulder surgery so can t imagine what these would feel like post operative They don t sit flush with the shoulder and are not designed to fit comfortably over womens breasts They have a 30 day refund policy so hopefull they will respond in the given time frame and refund my purchase without any drama Colleen

Horrible customer service

Bought two as I have major shoulder issues Tried one on and found it really uncomfortable under the arm I am still trying to return the items but have not had a response yet for a return I have messaged emailed and cursed into the air All to no avail My guess is it will drag out till the 30 days are up and then Ill be stuck with the useless things

Promised delivery by 29th August from this Australia company but still not here started a PayPal dispute but seller told PayPal my purchase was delivered without supplying any evidence escalating and awaiting further responses from PayPal I thought I was protected from dodgy sellers by PayPal but apparently not Left a poor review on the sellers site but they won t post that only the fake 5 star reviews Stay away from this dodgy Chinese company

After checking on this company and realising the product was not from NZ as the site indicates I noticed a discrepancy with their pricing for the product Hence I sent them an email about it Needless to say my experience was the same as many others re no communication They have never replied to my email re purchasing other than a generic buy this and bla bla bla indicates to me they will not respond if I wish to return the product hence I won t touch them with a barge pole
