Let me just start off by saying that these softgels work really well I was a little hesitant because I used a type of melatonin before and it didn t work The first night I tried one It was after a long day where I was already tired I took one and after less than 30 minutes I was asleep I can usually fall asleep on my own when I m tired I so I wrote this off to my prior exhaustion The next day though I woke up feeling great - no grogginess I took them the next day when I wasn t tired and the same situation happened Immediate sleep
