I am extremely angry and upset at how kingfisherfurniture co uk has treated me You order your mattress and or divan bed online I ordered it this way as we have no bed shops near is I have a bad back which makes it harder to get out and travel about and I would have to take a day off of work unpaid I have a bad back and cannot lay on anything hard so ordered a specific bed in the soft option I then had to wait a while for it to arrive which is normal This is an expensive mattress The mattress it was replacing was also made by Millbrook That mattress was soft as from day one Many years later it was no softer It was a shame I had to replace it When the new mattress arrived it was very hard uncomfortable and difficult for my back - I cannot sleep on my back without it being very painful The shop had taken away my soft but old mattress so I had to make do with this new but very hard one I emailed the shop The manager owner told me to rotate it and turn it regularly so that it would settle in four months None of this explains why it is rock hard now I am 64 and have bought beds that are soft as from day one The manager does not accept that the bed is hard even though I have a good friend who used to own a bed shop and agrees with me that it is a hard bed I had no choice but to go to a bed shop I don t live near one and did not want to take time off of work unpaid to travel a long way to one - which is why I ordered online the first time where you can try the beds in the shop and found a nice soft bed which I have ordered and am looking forward to receiving as soon as possible in about five weeks If it is important to you that you get a soft bed make sure you go to the shop and try it first I urge anyone to be very cautious about ordering a bed online because you cannot know it suits you until it arrives So far I have had six weeks of barely being able to sleep because the bed is so hard The soonest I can get the other soft bed is approximately five weeks it is a lot to put up with when your back is as bad as mine The new soft bed is cheaper than the hard one Yet it has a ten year guarantee against their five year guarantee A small ray of sunshine The whole experience the hassle sleepless nights and stress have been a nightmare And I still have five weeks of having to make do with this horrible hard bed which I would not want if you paid me to sleep on it But for now I have no choice

lift and recline chairs
my order for two lift and recline chairs from there celebrity range was made via the phone on the 17 03 2023 my order was delivered on the 22 03 2023 the chairs are very comfortable and appear to be well made my order was taken by a very helpful lady by the name of Nina who i found to not only very helpful but also knowledgeable of the kingfisher product range taking into account both the price of the chairs and the customer service i received i would recommend kingfisher

Superb buying experience with Kingfisher Furniture
When I decided to buy an adjustable bed I had to shop online because I am disabled and can t manage highstreet shops However the bed I bought from an online supplier was very poor The customer service was non-existent and I felt I had been cheated It took a while before I felt confident enough to buy a new bed and I was very nervous so I spent ages researching different companies until I eventually chose Kingfisher Furniture Thank goodness I did After submitting my order I was contacted by Nina who was warm friendly incredibly kind knowledgeable and helpful Her advice was invaluable and she organised upgrades for me so I ended up with a fantastic bed deal Within a few days Lucas and Nick arrived at my house earlier than expected which was a nice surprise to deliver my new bed They were polite friendly and efficient They ensured that I knew how to use the bed and were great ambassadors for Kingfisher Furniture They even gave me a complimentary packet of expensive biscuits which was a nice touch As soon as they went I tried out the new bed and I m thrilled with it I read a lot and my new bed allows me to sit up in a comfortable position to do this Thank you Kingfisher Furniture for my wonderful buying experience I would recommend the company to anyone A 5 experience Josie Hanson

Spoke to a lovely lady called Nina who
Spoke to a lovely lady called Nina who spent the time and went through an array of scenarios for me and spotted mistakes in another company s adverts for a similar adjustable bed so I had no hesitation in buying the bed from them Her technical knowledge was second to none and the customer experience was way above that expected for a typical company I had gone through another one but hit roadblocks and on the way Some nice offers were thrown in for good measure and I really could not complain Delivery was timely albeit I had to keep pushing them away as the room was not ready but they did very well to keep me informed when it was ready to deliver Install great aftercare great and a small issue to be dealt with promptly

Excellent service from start to finish
Yesterday 17 10 24 my Sherborne leather riser arm chair was delivered from Kingfisher furniture Ltd by Sam Mark They assembled the chair and explained everything to me they were very helpful and polite At the point of purchase I spoke with a fantastic staff member called Nina Nina went through all my options and explained everything She gave me ample time to consider my purchase before order During the order Nina kept me informed of delivery dates etc Nina and all her staff done a fantastic job The riser chair is very comfortable and easy to use Many thanks to everyone
