Faith Restored and no longer Hugely Disappointed - Well I guess I am not alone
Update - they listened and have delivered on their commitments and the new furniture is very nice and as advertised - lessons learned will result in a much better door-to-door offering - good job and thanks to area manager Mathew and I will be a returning customer Well I guess I am not alone - starting with a false delivery date and a demand for full payment - which I did and call after call with NO END IN SIGHT and several weeks sitting on our garden furniture and all our money in their account - Despite promises to expedite based on the mess they created I still have NO IDEA when our furniture will arrive - all I know is it is apparently in Canada - Buyer Beware

May 2022-September 2023 Nothing but issues
I have had nothing but problems since we got our furniture May of 2022 It s not that they aren t happy to fix but everything take so long and it s suppose to be well made quality furniture in the first place PocketAccessory Charge Table Timber CRESCENT BLK CO we brought two the first one stopped working a week after we got it in May replacement came in October the second broke july I think it came in January both new ones stopped working but I don t care any more having to deal with too many other issues Tables are worthless Do not recommend Reo 2 5 Seater RR Smart V4 Manhattan - Blue Steel MN-63 we ve had a broken leg which took awhile for the service team to come Not there fault waiting for a replacement leg A mechanical issues where we couldn t use the couch for two weeks waiting for a part The pillows are already collapsing and there is a spring sticking out I need a piece of duct tape on it so no one gets hurt Couch is going to landfill Do not recommendLode Ottoman Small Luxe - Ocean LX-94 I can t even tell you about the troubles I ve had with this Eventually they said the only thing they could do was give me my money back which may sound like a good solution but they promised me a quality piece of furniture which never happened and their solution only proved they could not deliver on their promise Not recommended Oliver Tub Chair - Swivel Upgrade Amalfi - LIMONCELLO AF-05 BLK we bought two colour is good but sewing is mediocre looks like I covered it myself Not recommended for craftsmanship not worth the money Straight Powered Smart Arm BLK so far only thing we have had no issues with Would not recommend King KingTess was awesome though I m sorry for her it didn t work out She spent a lot of time with me My pieces should have made a peaceful flow to my home Sad waste of my time and money If you want quality well made furniture true craftsmanship shop at ONCE A TREE

A dining room table that you cant eat from
I waited 1 year for a table to be delivered The three attempts prior to the this the marble table top was cracked 1 year later I have a marble table top that marks as soon as you look at it A dining room table that you can only use if you put a protector on it first Seriously King Living its a joke Top dollar for poor service and product

Very Uncomfortable sofa Not ergonomic at all
The buying process was smooth Good communication Delivery was a bit delayed but we didn t mind The biggest disappointment is the sofa itself Jasper II We ve only had it for just over a year It seems a lot softer and a lot more bouncy than the one we tried in the showroom It sinks in when you sit on it and it s giving both of us hips and lower back pain It s impossible to sit or lounge on it for longer than an hour Post customer service is awful Excuse after excuse anything but taking this awful sofa back sending out lame 3rd party companies who clearly follow a script I regret this purchase

King Living pay NO respect to its customer and the Australian Consumer Law
Misleading and deceptive conduct which violates Australian Consumer Law Faulty table delivered Alan Walker from Richmond store refused to provide a refund return he literally ignored my email and refused to deal with it leaving a faulty table on my deck He clearly takes no responsibility at his job and does not care if customer take this matter to VCAT and ACCC

Ah the joys of dealing with King
Ah the joys of dealing with King Living Again items turned up late and damaged I spoke to a member of the staff at the Southport showroom and she said what do you want me to do refund your money eventually the assistant manager called me and was so disintrested DONT BUY FROM KING LIVING Update Yesterday we finally received the replacement furniture after 12 months of trying to get replacements Mars Coffee Table 3rd repacement arrived more damaged than the 2nd replacement Dainelli TV Unit 2nd repacement the doors dont align up to the draws and hinges were loose Quay Outdoor Chairs 2nd replacement these wobbled more than the original ones Next update 31 October 2024It has now been over a 14 months since we ordered the furniture and we have still not received the furniture we have fully paid for over a year ago We again went into the showroom at Southport a couple of days ago and spoke to yet another assistant manager Unfortunately he was so disinterested he could not even be bothered to stand up and help us The only time the staff seamed interested in us was when we approached another couple looking to purchase furniture and we told them about our experience and showed them photos of the damaged and broken furniture we had received Strangely from that point forward they wanted us at stop telling the other couple our horror stories Next update 5 November 2024Just had the bedroom draws delivered and like everything else the top draw does not align up and the bottom draw barely closes is it is so far out of alignment If you want to throw thousands of down the drain and wait over 14 months for your furniture than you should buy from king If you don t want to end up like us I recommend you never purchase from King Living
