I flew for the 2nd time after booking with kissandfly no problem to report on the booking side once again I received an email with booking reference shortly after payment My luggage arrived 2 days after I got home but that s Air China s fault Make sure to book under the right name for the right date and destination Kissandfly is a reliable website with great deals

I just got back from my trip to indonesia booked through KissandFly Their website had etihad flights 200e cheaper than anywhere else I received a confirmation email immediately after booking and I could see a reservation under my name on the etihad website using the booking number as well Everything went smoothly at the airport just as if I had booked with the airline itself so it was a flawless experience on my side I would definitely book with them again

Got Refund for 1 ticket

We had booked 3 tickets from them in Feb 2020 and they refunded back one of the ticket this week I hope they also refund me back my other 2 tickets I will update the review once I get refund of my other 2 tickets

I do not quite understand why so many people give so bad feedback Maybe because the middle man company is not that famous so it has only 200 reviews From my experience it was excellent I booked the ticket and then the problem appeared with the passport which had to be changed and also the date I though I will be charge some crazy amount which is typical from my previous experience buying from companies like Kissandfly however I was amazed how good automated is their website The changing passport took only 30 minutes the same with changing the date of flight to next week I also called the hotline to check before changing and the lady there was really helpfull Highly recommend

I ve already booked quite a few flights with Kissandfly in the past 1 year and I never had any issues only positive it works and it is trustworthy and of course best prices so far

They have an excellent supporting team I have booked a ticket from them three times and every time I had some query they gave me a precise and clear answer Recently I booked a ticket and due to some technical issues my money was deducted and ticket was not issued but they helped me solve it very calmly I was so angry with them that my money is gone with no ticket in my hand But they solved the problem within two days and gave me chance to book the same ticket again as I found ticket on another date cheap I told them I want to buy ticket of that new date And they cooperated with me in that too I am really glad that such good people and agency still do exists Thanks a lot kissandfly I can suggest you to my friends and family without any hesitation
