I have just been in formed by KLM that I have just been in formed by KLM that my fare was refunded to Kiss and Fly some time ago - I am now taking legal action and exposing Kiss and Fly as scammers Do not book with this company

Booking canceled by kissandfly no refund I opened a dispute with my bank now kissandfly says they provided the services Good thing I have the emails saying the booking will be refunded Avoid this provider I also blame skyscanner for working with a company with some few positive reviews Sent through TP That s ok I made the chargeback request because the refund didn t come through although you said it s been processed The bank will settle this my review stands

I bought two tickets on a charter plane on the Iasi-Heraklion route through kissandfly and I had the most terrible experience basically the company with the pompous name kissanfly is an Estonian company with a post office box in Vienna they managed to trick me with 609 euros avoid this company they are first class scammers

I wanted to upgrade my ticket it was not possible same goes for anything else like change my date the name on the ticket etc once you get the ticket you can t do any modifications on it which is really disappointing I dont recomand this service
